I recently visited McDonald's and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to an exceptional waitress named Yongping. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic meal. Yongping greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel right at home.
Despite the restaurant being quite busy, Yongping managed to provide personalized service with remarkable efficiency. She promptly took my order, ensuring that she understood my preferences and dietary requirements. Her attention to detail was impressive; she repeated my order back to me to confirm accuracy and made thoughtful suggestions that enhanced my meal choice.
Throughout my visit, Yongping demonstrated a level of attentiveness that is rare to find. She checked on my table multiple times, ensuring that my food was satisfactory and that I had everything I needed. Her timing was impeccable – she was always there when I needed something, yet never intrusive.
What stood out the most was Yongping's ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude even during the peak hours. She handled every request with grace and a genuine willingness to help. It's clear that she takes pride in his work and strives to provide the best possible service to every customer.
In addition to her excellent service, Yongping also ensured that the dining area was clean and well-maintained. Her commitment to a pleasant dining environment did not go unnoticed and added to the overall positive experience.
Yongping's professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality make him a true asset to McDonald's. She turned a simple meal into a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing the exceptional service provided by Yongping. She sets a high standard for customer service and leaves a lasting impression. Thank you, Yongping, for making my visit to McDonald's...
Read moreI usually don't get annoyed at fast food workers because I know they're just kids and still learning but the service I experienced today was actually appalling. I ordered 3 Mcmuffin meals with coffees and I asked for sugar packets. The barista girl said there was none and she only had equal sweeteners and refused to give me raw sugar packets. I found this odd because I used to work at fast food joints and they always have stock in boxes and in the worst case scenario it would be at the back in a large box and they would have to just unpack and restock it at the front. So I asked another employee and she said "Yeah we do" and easily gave it to me because it was at the front. Then this barista girl makes 3 coffees and I asked for a tray because I could not carry them and she said "no i don't have any", her manager literally walks over and I asked her the same question and she pulls out a tray from right beneath the counter! So they had the tray, she just decided to LIE to me because she didn't want to do her job TWICE. I don't care if you don't know where it is, just tell me and I'll ask someone else. It's one thing not to know and it's another thing to LIE in my face. And then I told the manager and said "why did she just say you guys didn't have any?" And the manager goes "Oh it's okay." Like...? No it's not. Train your staff better. Then when I brought the food home, the bacon was so dry and disgusting and the coffee was watery and they messed up all three orders. I was so...

Me and my friend were at the drive-thru 26/08 around 11:58pm, we made 2 separate online orders, so we had 2 codes. That was the first thing we mentioned when we got to the speaker, and she goes “okay what are the codes?” We say our 2 codes and she ‘repeats’ the codes and asks us to drive-thru. Gave us a thumbs up at the payment window, and when we arrived at the delivery window, another lady handed us one bag, so we told her we had two orders. She asked what our orders were and to wait in the waiting bay.
After a while, she comes again and says there’s no other pending orders, I showed her my order on the phone and then she goes to the drive-thru counter lady. The drive-thru lady barges out of the shop to our car and goes “you guys didn’t tell me 2 codes” with such a rude face. I mean she literally repeated our 2 codes 😂. Then she says, we gotta come thru the drive-thru again! I didn’t want to argue and just went.
I work in customer service as well, and if I made a similar incident, I’d be given a warning letter or get fired. I wonder what sort of staff training is provided in this maccas.
The lady in the delivery window was nice and tried to solve the issue with a smile on her face. Maybe she can teach a few things to the...
