If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent 45 minutes at McDonaldâs â longer than it took to drive there. Ordered chips on the app, redeemed a drink, and the drive-thru was painfully slow. At the payment window, the worker said nothing. At the next window, I was told my payment didnât go through and to drive around again JUST TO PAY. Ridiculous. I went around and seeing there was 8 cars in line, I went inside â huge mistake. No one at the counter for 5 minutes, then told the screen wasnât âlinkedâ and I HAVE to pay at the drive thru even though it was their mistake. Her reason being the staff was âbusy taking an orderâ to tell me the order didnât go through, when I had been waiting outside that window in line.
After being sent back to the drive-thru, the staff could not âfindâ my code and had nothing to say for about 2 minutes. I had to tell them it likely expired because THEY made me wait so long. I, the customer had to suggest to her, THE WORKER, to just make a new order and redeem my drink. Two workers and five more minutes of them pressing every button on their screen, I finally got my drink â wrong order, of course. The girl had 0 idea (and continued to hand out incorrect orders to the cars behind me). She told me to move to the waiting area and I waited another 10 minutes in the bay for ONE drink. Fries were half filled (counted about 10 fries total), cold and scraped from the bottom of the barrel cooked in dirty oil (black spots on the chips).
Most painful 45 minutes of my life. Safe to say Revesby definitely wins the track record of most incompetent and inefficient staff and nothing has changed in the past 12 years. Staff need training and common sense. Saying âsorryâ doesnât fix incompetence or...

I visited Revesby McDonaldâs yesterday, Saturday, January 11, at 4:25 PM through the drive-through. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards.
After giving my order code at the speaker (where the interaction felt rushed and robotic), I arrived at the final window to collect my coffee. The cup had not been sealed properly, resulting in the drink spilling all down the side of my car, onto my blue jeans, and into the electronics of my car window. Fortunately, the coffee was cold, which prevented burns but still caused significant damage and inconvenience.
A staff member named Piper was extremely apologetic and handled the situation professionally by offering to make another coffee. However, the replacement coffee was also cold. I declined the second cold coffee and requested to speak with the restaurant manager, Josh.
When Josh arrived, his demeanor was unprofessional. After being informed of the situation, his only response was, âI can either give you a full refund or another coffee.â No genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or damage caused was offered.
This entire experience was deeply disappointing. The lack of care in handling the coffee, coupled with the unprofessional attitude from the manager, reflects poorly on the standards of this location.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the damage caused to my car. I hope the management at Revesby McDonaldâs takes customer feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to prevent incidents like this...
   Read moreThe drive through has terrible service the lady with blonde hair doing the orders at the speaker box has to be the rudest person Iâve ever encountered. 3 times she said âhold on a moment rudelyâ . This was exactly 6 mins at the front of queue waiting to say my order and everytime it was my time to say the order she would cut me off saying âhold on a moment . Then another 5 mins went by and I had enough and went to the lady at the first window where you pay and I told her the situation. She told me you have to drive around again and make your order again we donât take orders at the window.
So I drove out of the drive through went again into the drive through a second time, and the rude arrogant blonde hair lady on the speaker said the same thing to me âhold on a momentâ the worst part was she kept taking orders on the other lane. So waited and gave her the benefit of the doubt, another 5 mins go by and 3 cars have already jumped in front of me because she kept skipping me. I had enough and told the lady at the window this is ridiculous she wonât take my order , Iâve never had an experience like this in my life. The arrogant blonde hair lady comes out that takes the orders and tells me from the window , my order wasnât taken . OBVIOUSLYâŚ.. you kept saying â hold on a momentâ I then asked âcan I make my order here at the windowâ she said no we canât do that. And she then began to threaten me and call the police for no reason. Iâm a paying customer. I left and went to Padstow McDonald which was easy and service was excellent.
