Manoush on Queens — Restaurant in Sydney

The brother is friendly, but the wrapping of the Manoush is just lazy. Had a manoush the other day and the paper was melted into the manoush, and there was a hair in the manoush aswell. These things do happen but please take a bit more pride and time in wrapping the manoush properly and making sure that there is no hair in the manoush like I experienced. I understand you guys get a rush but please for the future just take it as constructive criticism. Other than that the atmosphere is quiet, like I said the brother is quick on feet and friendly, nothing bad to say about that. Just the wrapping and the hair which takes an individuals appetite away. Other than that keep everything up, will be back again with inshaAllah a better experience....

My friend Zach recommended Manoush and I ordered a vegetarian pizza through door dash. Timing was perfect. Unfortunately we opened the pizza and rushed to eat, only to realise it was a chicken pizza!

I was able to stop my mum eating chicken as it is against her faith to eat it. I called the store and explained the situation and they did say they mixed the order. The gentleman on the phone said he had the vegetarian pizza and they would organise delivery, and he was able to get it to us within 10mins as agreed, and with a Bundaberg ginger beer.

Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how you handle them if they do occur. Thanks again for turning around the problem immediately. You have a new loyal...

I first tried manoush on queens via delivery on uber eats and it was so delicious that I had to visit the shop to eat in person. These guys are so welcoming and their service is as great as the food that they serve. You would expect to just sit down, eat then leave but the gentleman that took my order made the effort to ask me how my meal was and if I enjoyed it. I usually don’t get the same service at other bakeries so it took me by surprise on how engaged the staff here are towards their customers. I live around the corner to another bakery but always make the trip to manoush on queens now, they have not disappointed on every occasion that I’ve visited. Highly recommend...
