I had the worst experience there of my life tonight. No joke, they hire slow little teenagers who doesn't even know what they are doing. I was being nice to the young worker by telling him to take his time, don't stress and that he is doing well. But when I went to ask for the free bottle of soft drink after giving them a positive feedback on the app, he refused to give it to me and said "I'm sorry but I have to do these customer orders". That is not an excuse mate. He just wanted to avoid me because he didn't know what he was doing. Then he turns to another customer lady and tells her sorry for the wait when it's me he should be apologise to since I waited before her for over 40 minutes. Then he decides that it is ok to give another lady her order and she only waited 5 minutes patiently for her order. The problem with him was he was jumping from places to places trying to avoid me and worry more about the silly online orders. This is not acceptable. Work is work no matter how old you are and I will be making a complaint for ignoring. I'm a customer too, you know and I will not be treated in a disrespectful manner by little children who doesn't have any experience on the job whatsoever. The delivery guy was useless, didn't understand basic instructions on where my home was (Huge white gate, can't miss it) food was delivered to the wrong address even though I ticked the box for the food to be passed to someone, 90 minutes later I got a call from my mother saying the food wasn't delivered, when I called KFC Bankstown South the response was, sorry bro we didn't deliver the food, Door Dash did, can't help you, click............
Called back a number if times to be told the same thing again, I didn't pay Door Dash for my food, I paid KFC, so it is irrelevant who delivers it as my agreement is with KFC, not Door Dash.
Eventually I got through and the same guy said ok I'll call Door Dash for you (But he didn't) and my family at home had to arrange something over 2 hours later.
As soon as there is a small problem that act like they don't need to help, not very happy, won't be buying KFC for a long time.

Already ordered via app, quoted the order number, the staff found the order & told us the total bill. Then after more than half hour stuck in the drive-through queue, we finally got to the payment & pick up window when the staff could not find our order and had to redo the order again. We ordered 30 wings which was on special for $20, the staff said she'll put order for 20 chicken so that we're charged $20 but she'll give us 30 chicken as per the special offer.
Got our food and drove back home to find that only 20 wings given. Then we had to drive back, stood there with my 20 wings for what's felt like another half hour and finally was given the rest of my 10 wings. No apology, no nothing. Arrived back home and all food were cold already. I was so mad at the end that I did not eat anything.
While I was there, there were 2 other customers with the same problem; they went back as something was missing from their order. Will never go back...
