Drive Thru service is a nightmare! This is not the first time I have received my order incorrect, with missing items however, this time I had time and max frustration level to return back and complain! Enough with your unprofessional, dodgy attitude! We are all humans, we all make mistakes but the staff members including the manager on duty Ms Kara were far behind offering customer service and had no communication skills. Ms Kara was not able to compensate the missing/damaged item which I have paid for already! Once again, I have been given whatever you wanted me to get, instead whatever I have paid for but unlike the other times, I am using the social media to announce the level of customer service and attitude I have received.
First of all, whatever you have in stock or the items missing in your stock is not my problem so no need to share this internal info with me. I should have been told that there was no El Salsa Sauce left and should have been offered the alternatives but instead, I have been sent away without any sauce and a terrible presented Beef El Maco. When I have approached to the window and complained about the sauce missing and had to listen to the staff members useless, amateur excuse, been asked which sauce I would prefer. Told the young lady that I should have been informed whilst placing my order otherwise would order something else and told I would be happy with Ketchup. She came back with a tiny ketchup sachet when I have reminded her I have purchased 8 X 4 (amount of the mozzarella sticks in one box) boxes of sticks, appreciated for her generosity (offering me 1 ketchup only) and asked for a manager. Ms Kara arrived and after explaining her what the issue was, they have decided to give me 8 sachets of Ketchup and BBQ sauce. I have also advised the manager Ms Kara to inform the future customers about the missing products and asked her to replace my drink had no more ice in it due to my driving back and going thru all I have mentioned when she said she was really very sorry but she would not replace my drink - I have asked for replacement, not a free one! I am not making further comments as every chat with those staff members today was another terrible fast food experience but would like to ask the franchise owner if she/he ever thought about having professional staff members with positive customer services experiences would bring more positive customers which would effect the revenue at the same time? Trust me, if you do that, you might not need to spend money on compensating or promotions as the restaurant attitude will attract the customers...
Read moreOrdering on the screen is fine food takes a Lillie longer to come out but always hot taste good service is the worst of any place I have been the girls dressed in the grey tops I'm assuming are in some sort of management position will stand there talking amongst each other while looking back to see you standing at the register money in hand and will complete ignore you for over 5 mins honestly I can not understand why they ignore people and what makes this so much more disrespect is that they see you standing there keep talking amongst themselves walk around as if to say there is no more face to face customer service at that McDonald's it so disappointing that it's management acting so rude so inconsiderate that I felt like I'm doing something wrong to them I left upset drove to Abbott rd McDonald's and it was the complete opposite I dislike going to kings Park McDonald's and I would not go there not even for drive through but my daughter likes the play area.
McDonald's really need to look at the staff and how they behave towards customer's in store not saying all staff are rude but the females wearing grey tops really need a lesson on how to treat customer's standing at the register trying to get some one to service them.

#New review... # 22/3/2022 (for last monday visit.) Recently i have been buying burgers here abit disappointed on burger presentation. I bought a couple of fillet o fish the burger tasted wonderful the bun was soft the fish still moist but recently the presentation very sloppy the contents were half hanging out of the burger half the cheese n bun was hanging to one side, lucky it was in a box otherwise the tartae sauce n melted cheese would dirty my hands when i hold it up to eat... Chef pick up your game, your cooking skills is fantastic but creating a masterpiece it must be presentable. Would be 5 stars as always but 4 stars due to presentation Monday 28/3/22 today 12:40pm The chef hasn't changed, a $5.70 Fillet O' Fish burger n the presentation lacks heart in preparing look at pic posted...
