Mezza Roma Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I entered and waited a minute or two as no one had greeted me, I then walked out to see the thai restaurant nextdoor. I decided to return here and was greeted and seated.

I ordered 2 meat Sambusec for entre and the chicken shnitzel parmigiana for my main.

My main came out first, I was dissapointed to feel how soggy the shnitzel was (in the areas that were not covered in ham/cheese/sauce). l was I assume it was microwaved to melt the chese, however based on how soggy the crumed golden brown shnitzel was, it felt more like it was precooked and reheated to serve. The side salad was nice though.

After almost finishing my main meal, my entre finally came out along with an apology as it had been sitting and they forgot to serve it. Unfortunately the meat sambusec dish was now completely cold, I did not want to eat a normally hot dish cold and they were nice enough to take it off the bill.

Overall, the service and quality of my $27 main meal were dissapointing given the very high ratings I had...

This Place is Fantastic! A breath of fresh air and cuisine for everyone in this local area. It's a new take on offering a little bit of everything with amazing selection of traditional as well as cultural foods, with very large portion sizes and prices that are very well balanced. The service I have recived on many occasions that I have been, including a large party group was phenomenal, they really make you feel part of the family. They also have specific nights that they put on dinner and a show, it's a real blast and everyone gets evolved. Honestly it's nice to restaurant with fantastic service and great food to match. The Mezza plates and mixed plates are an great way to get a little of everything, and trust me there is plenty to share around. But I can also compliment main meal dishes such as the chicken and avocado, the chicken parmigiana as well as the seafood tower plates. Look and taste great! Well done to the whole team and I look forward to many more great nights out....

I don't know how this business is even running I emailed them 7 days before my event to book for my family of 7 for they to not answer me at all and me constantly having to chase them up and call them no answer on the telephone either for my booking to confirm.

until I finally heard back from them one day before my birthday that they are unable to take my booking as they have a function, they seem to only want bigger functions and ignore smaller groups would have been convenient if they let me know prior that they are unable to take my booking instead of one day before my event very unprofessional they have ruined my birthday as now it is hard to find a booking very last minute would not book with this restaurant extremely unprofessional, as a business learn to respond to emails in a  professional timely manner learn to respond to your customer's instead of us chasing you for a booking for you to only disappoint will tell my family and friends never...
