Narellan Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Sydney

this store has downgraded it's quality and customer service over the years. I don't know if it has a new owner or Manager but the place is absolutely filthy, there is no customer service, i walked in and the guy was talking on the phone with an ear pierce and didn't greet any customers, one lady walked out as he was in his own world, there is no smile and polite greeting as you should when running a business, customer service is essential and they score a 0, there was empty filthy pans sitting there, the floor muddy, the mop bucket in view had brown/black water in it. The chips don't taste good as they used to years ago, the chicken on a stick is not made properly and looks deep fried and is very oily. Nothing seems fresh. The man was dressed in dirty clothes, Boxes not orgsnised or put away on the floor a trip hazard for customers. When ingot home i put the food in the bin, i couldn't stomach it but kids insisted on hot chips. İt's fallen from grace. A year ago i did a menu log and they cancelled my order at the time it was ment to arrive. Leaving me panicking over what to orgsnise for lunch as I was super busy. They also under pay their staff. İ would never go back. İf the kids ask for hot chips i rather do a yucky maccas drive...

I cannot tell you how good this place is. I’m a regular and this place just aces each order I’ve made.

The chicken is generous, and I meant generous. Yummy roasted charcoal chicken. The burgers are also really good. Chicken schnitzel burger is crunchy inside a soft burger. And I don’t want to gatekeep this but….

The fish burger from here… I am telling you, the BEST fish burger I’ve ever had! Why is it so dang good omg. The fish is so meaty, do you know how hard to do that?! Most places gives you two fish cocktails between two bread and calls it a day. Here, there’s so much fish meat that it’s so worth it. I’ll forever keep ordering from here and I hope they never change....

Use to always go here, loved the food and the service was the best, now the food is below standard, the last time I ordered food whilst watching them one had a glove on one hand but using the one hand without the glove and wiping his face then touching the food, I left straight away without getting the food it turned my stomach, lost my money but better than getting sick.
