I’ve been here many times but never once left with a good opinion. Not many complaints about the food but it’s the service they provide which is unacceptable. The lady in her mid 30’s always messes up my order. We ordered a goat curry and chicken vinadaloo, we received both as chicken curries. I didn’t even bother asking her to change it because she always rude. The one time the pakora I ordered wasn’t cooked and I asked for my refund back instead of getting a new pakora cause it’s not like they’re going to fry a new pakora for me, the lady showed utter rude attitude and just wouldn’t give me my refund. Overall the food and value was very good although staff was very rude. I ordered the lamb vindaloo and rice, the lady simply said "it's too hot" and I had to again repeat that I wanted to order that curry. The other lady then said that again it is very hot and I said okay but I like spice to which they both smirked. There is a difference between warning a customer of the heat of a meal and being rude and judgemental. The curry was very good however, with a clean taste and although very tough lamb the meat was nice. Would definitely recommend changing the way customer interaction...

Ordered 1 curry and rice, got 3 small cubes of chicken and a bunch of curry sauce to cover it up. Very poor serving size. Lazy and rude front staff. For the price could go anywhere else and get double the amount of food. I could see her scooping up the chicken and tipping it back in so she was only pouring the curry and not the chicken.
