Ogalo Frenchs Forest — Restaurant in Sydney

Disappointing Ordered the Jumbo Ogalo, Ogalo, Fiesta wrap and XL chips. Chips had lots of chicken salt and unfortunately that was the only positive. Some of the chips were dry, burnt, fluffy and discoloured. Very few were a nice golden colour and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Wrap wasn't wrapped properly and chicken was over cooked. They also put a load of lettuce in there like they were trying to fill the wrap up to look bigger. Burger buns were stale. They were firm around the edges of the bun and you could almost peel off the top. Jumbo wasn't much bigger than the normal and it didn't have the authentic taste (maybe I'm expecting too much). I think there are probably some better Chicken Burger options in the area where you could get a fresher and...

This shop doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered medium size chips, 30 seconds later they were ready. My daughter and I tried one each and realised that the chips were soggy, so they sitting there for quite awhile. I returned them, which clearly annoyed the lady behind the counter, she did them again gave us back a small size. Still soggy, by then I gave up. What an unpleasant experience, lift your game and improve your customer service, I won’t go back again and will tell as many people as I can, to do the same. This Ogalo has a so called Jumbo burger $16.50 yet IT AINT JUMBO they actually cut the chicken patty’s in half and pretend it’s a big burger when really your just getting ripped off with 1 and a half patty’s instead of 3 patty’s that other ogalos like crows nest give you. True greed at its best from the owner last time I’ll eat here I’ll go to crows nest the best ogalos there is. instead while people are struggling to put food on their plates this owner focusing on filling his pockets rather than offering a decent money to food ratio...
