EDIT: As per the store response to my review, I sent my feedback through via their link and have not heard back from anyone. Seems the response that they take these matters serious is just a way of trying to pretend they care publicly.
Initial Review: Very disappointed with how downhill this Oporto has become.
Ordered two Bondi meals and told the lady at drive thru that I wanted the burgers in boxes not wrapping as it makes them soggy by the time I get home, yes they were put in boxes but still put in the wrapping so they were even worse off than if they just had wrapping around them!! A simple request could not be fulfilled.
When i told the server that gave me my food at the window that the extremo sauce was missing instead of getting an apology, I was told oh, we didn't charge you for it, it's $2.
When you eat out, one of the main things you look forward to are the chips and wow were these the worst chips I've ever had. There were 2 cars in front of me & customers inside so you'd think forsure the chips will be fresh, they were soo cold, they were inedible, they had to have been sitting there for a good while. I can't understand how anyone can be okay to serve such food but then again they probably know its twice the effort to come back once you've driven home so why would they care. I placed an online order and you’d think they would acknowledge you at the window, but instead they make you wait for 3 minutes then hand over the food without an apology.
Furthermore, the meal was incorrect and when I called the store (28/08 at roughly 8:30pm), the lady who picked up said she could not replace my meal and that it was just a small “snack size chips” so it shouldn’t need to have the whole meal replaced. What she could do was ask me to drive all the way back to the store and pick it up (even though I was at home already).
How does Oportos try to accommodate for their customers when a meal so small could not be replaced? Every other fast food restaurant does it....

Found out was HALAL certified only when asked because there was no sign to say they were (bad for me being a devout Christian as I won't eat food that had been blessed by a pagan barbaric religion (islam) while they die slowly bleeding out from chickens throat being cut WITHOUT BEING STUN
And you should know you are paying extra for the privilege of being halal certified and that money has been well documented in funding islamic...
