I ordered delivery at 6:15PM from the Guildford store and received terrible service. Given that it was raining, I submitted my order online for delivery and was told that my order would arrive at approximately 6:48PM. No issues so far.
When the real time tracker progressed to the driver picking up the order, it didn't track where the driver was. I assumed it was just a problem with the browser and waiting for my order regardless. At 6:55, I was told that my order had been delivered and completed.
Although it was 7 minutes late, it was understandable - it was wet driving conditions and sometimes delivery takes a bit longer. However, the problem was that I hadn't received my order. I hadn't received a knock on my door and my order hadn't been left outside my door. I tried to call the Guildford store but was told they were busy and transferred to voicemail, where I left a message and was told they would call me back. After 15 minutes (and another call to the store - busy, leave a message), I decided to drive out to the store to find out what the problem was. I had paid $47 for my order including delivery and now I was going out in the rain, which I selected delivery to avoid.
I got to the store at 7:20PM where the person at the counter told me that the order should have been delivered. After a few moments, I was able to convince him that I had, in fact, not received my pizza because I wouldn't have driven out if I had received it. He called the driver who advised him that he was still in the process of delivering. The driver arrived at my house at 7:23PM (more than an hour later) and my wife was home to take in the order, while I was at the store. The man at the counter explained that he was completed the order on his end before the delivery had been made and he offered a drink from the fridge as compensation - the value being less than the delivery fee I paid in the first place.

These two pizzas definitely are not the pizzas that I ordered. Also when I called the store 5 times they did not answer 1 call. Very disappointing, as I really like Pizza Hut since I was a little girl. Read moreOrdered via a delivery app and the food was unfortunately delivered to the wrong house (Not Pizza huts fault) however after receiving a refund and re-ordering the food, I was told that my order wouldn’t be processed because “someone had already picked up the food”.
After explaining that it was a completely different order number they still refused to give the delivery driver my order, and asked me to cancel. The delivery app then refused my refund as I cancelled the order. Disgusted that I was treated like a criminal.
