Worst Red roster branch in Sydney! New management of this franchise is needed asap! Red Rooster needs to investigate this store!! This red rooster has been around for as long as I can remember growing up around here Red rooster was our go to we looked forward to eating here Unfortunately with the current owners this place has gone from bad to worse over the years the staff and management here are very very rude by far the worst customer service. As for the food quality itโs not even half a star itโs literally inedible! Only fit to feed a bin chicken. Any concerns or issues raised with management at this store will be very dismissive of and will give attitude The male owner and or manager here is very rude! He even agreed the chicken wasnโt fresh but refused to change it the chicken was visibly dry and looked like it had been sitting their for a while as it was stone cold, peas were still hard and the chips were soggy and raw when the peas were returned they simply threw them in the microwave and handed them over with the melted container from being microwaved.
This isnโt an isolated issue either as a local this red rooster is very convenient for us to get to and with the past 12 months we have given it another chance after chance itโs proven to us this isnโt a one off bad experience it gets worse each time and with the last experience unfortunately we will no longer eat from here the food quality here is just unacceptable the customer service is nonexistent extremely rude and untrained staff! Management donโt deserve this place Red Rooster really needs to look into this franchise. On our last recent visit We received old stale bread rolls that a knife couldnโt even cut through and the burgers were cold and had undercooked (pink) old chicken tenders in it. Both the rolls and burgers had old browned lettuce. We also got 2 of the mini subs and what we received looked like they had run out of the mini rolls so they used a large roll which had been torn in half (not cut) and a tender was thrown in each half literally looked like someoneโs left over roll. The food quality and customer service at this store is unacceptable and shouldnโt be run by these owners who couldnโt care less about...

I walked into the store and noticed there were no customers so I expected efficient service however I waited 5 minutes max just to be served by a young lady who seemed to not understand English let alone their own menu. After I placed my order, I tried to find a table to dine in however every single table had left over rubbish on it except ONE. That was the table that had chairs stacked on them. Once the food arrived, the chicken was dry, the fries and onion rings were undercooked while the buttermilk wings were overcooked. I assumed that dessert would take away the terrible taste but with little selection, we ended up getting watery mousse. We barely finished our food and requested a refund or compensation but no one in store knew how to do it. This store is definitely understaffed. Service and food was poor. The only good thing that came out of my experience were the drinks which is the only thing that were not manufactured by Red Rooster. Hope this matter gets...

Spending almost $40 on a single flimsy meal and a dessert is absolutely pathetic mind you NOT getting everything you paid for multiple times is beyond frustrating. THEY ALWAYS miss an item out of my meal box or get it wrong, last night they were missing a wing and half filled my large chips that I paid extra for. Mousse was warm and so was the drink, put the cold in a separate bag!? is it that hard??? Other times it's been the same issue, always something missing. Last time they put my rooster roll on a rippa bun and they left out the gravy of course. It's not hard to have some damn common sense and focus on what you're doing, their service is unacceptable and they are a waste of money. When you actually go there the place is filthy, and workers are rude, clearly under trained and do not want to be there. Terrible food, terrible service, manager needs to step the hell up.
