Oscar's Kebabs — Restaurant in Sydney

Hey guys, today's snacky was a bit average. The food here is normally top notch but I was a bit disappointed today as some of the meat is quite cold (I thought the meat is supposed to be grilled again after slicing?)

The cheese was also put on top of the meat, and then the sauce poured on the cheese :( this is not the correct way as it means the cheese doesn’t melt properly because it is covered in cold sauce. It should always be chips at the bottom, then cheese, then meat, then sauce. The sauce should not come in contact with the cheese at all until after you start eating. That way, the cheese is perfectly melted by the time you dig in. That is the difference between an average snacky and a legendary snacky, and that is why I have been eating here for almost 20 years. I was craving a legendary snackpack this morning, and I take my snackpacks seriously. But I guess today was not my day. Please take this feedback on board, and see...

Honestly, I have been going to Oscar's since they opened. I have since moved to Brisbane about 7 years ago and I've been back there each time I have come down to Sydney. I make a special trip to have a meal whether it is a Pizza, Kebab or Pide. OSCAR'S IS THE PLACE TO GO! I have not come across a place ANYWHERE in Queensland that even comes close to the quality of food that Oscar's provides. So if your in Doonside or like me, in Brisbane. Do yourself a favour and go give them a try you will not be disappointed!
