100 percent agree with all of your points. They were valid. Constructive and to the point.

I was disappointed with the coffee. But it doesn't mean your cafe isn't a 5 star because your cafe is a 5 star. I admit I was a disgruntled customer and I let my frustration get the better of me. But I'm glad you helped me see the light.

I will continue to compare cafe's. But I will focus on strengths. For majority of the cafe's I visit in the area, I will always include the big 3 cafe's, as I believe these 3 have the most to offer, and I will compare, but in a strength focused approach, that way people have an informed but strengths based opinion.

I appreciate the way you helped me to see my review. It was the most nutritious humble pie I have consumed in many years.

So thank you for reaching out and not giving up on me. I have high respect for your rebuttle. It shows the true heart of your cafe. Will be back for a...

Must have come on a bad day given the rating at this place?

Came in on a Saturday morning. Ordered a coffee and croissant to take away. The staff who took my order at the counter was pleasant and friendly. Great start!

Things went downhill from there. The barista moved at a pace as if he wasn't sure what he was doing. The number of orders coming in exceeded the '5min per cup' pace he took.

Two delivery drivers were following up their orders multiple times.

At one point, someone from the kitchen reared her head, and with headphone slinged across her neck, yelled 'shut up' at a beeping tablet on the front counter (assume it's notification of online order).

I had enough of the chaos after 30mins of this and proceeded to leave the venue without my goods... Shame as I was looking foward to trying out a place in the...

This place has definately taken a backward step. It has been one of my 84yo moyhers favourite places for lunch for many yeards. But, recently, it appears to have fallen off a cliff. Eggs benedict watery(not properly drained before plating) and missing the dhuka and balsamic. Bacon and rgg roll ptesented on a plate, but wrapped in paper as if for take away. Bread roll was dry and crusty, hard to eat. Coffee was luke warm. I am used to people not understanding that a flat white should not have an inch of foam on top, but when i ask for a coffee with no foam, i dont expect the cup to be presented showing that the foam jas clearly been scooped off the top of the coffee. I thought our last visit had been a 1 off, or a down day, but seems from other recent reviews there has been changes which have been...

Absolutely unacceptable experience. When we arrived, the cafe was nearing capacity, but we were seated right away. Despite this, we waited over an hour for our food. There is no excuse for that kind of delay. I ordered a big breakfast—one of the easiest meals to get right—and they still managed to ruin it. The mushrooms were cold, the bacon was barely cooked, and to top it off, they claimed they ‘ran out’ of poached eggs and just gave me fried without even asking my preference. When I told them I’d prefer scrambled, they said OK to no offer to correct it. I had to even go searching for someone just to get butter for my toast because no staff was at the front counter. Overall, a complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's like a slice of the inner west in Girraween, but with a greater western Sydney price tag. Brioche buns overfilled with pulled pork, chips served in plastic baskets, designer peanut butter thickshakes, they have it all! Come for the food, stay for the minimalist industrial-chic decor - blackboard painted wall with a chalk-scribed menu, mis-matched tables and chairs carefully curated to create the appearance that they were scavenged from nature strips on council hard rubbish collection day (but actually probably from Freedom Furniture), concrete block surfaces covered in worn exposed brick wallpaper, indoor plants hanging from the ceiling. Do yourself a favour.
