I ordered a secret garden which you know, is their speciality dish you'd expect them to have available, I ordered it waited over an hour for them to make it, they didn't ever come out with it so I asked them where it was, none of the staff knew.

I was then told they didn't have the ingredients to make it an hour after I ordered it and my group finished their food. They said they'd take it off the bill as if it was something you wouldn't expect them to do when you don't get your order and for all the trouble they only took $7 of drinks off our bill which honestly is a joke and nearly an insult after having such horrid service that the waiters didn't even know what's on the menu and didn't even think to ask why I was sitting for an hour with no food when my group had their plates. The "manager" I think used the excuse of "I was on my break" as to why I was sitting for an hour without my order, however her break is half an hour max and like you know, you'd expect her staff to pay attention to the customers but nah. Seriously I've worked as a waiter with no training at a dodgy place before and I was more attentive to customers than this crew. The place wasn't even busy...

The service is absolutely horrid, the food is overpriced especially compared to other cafes in the area, the coffee is pretty lackluster and they really should improve if they want to charge the ridiculous prices they charge. Give it a miss, go...

I had breakfast with my gf’s at parx coffee house yesterday, I must say it was a very disappointing experience . Firstly they did not tell us we have the table for an hour for starters ( we didnt even exceed an hour by this point just to make it clear ) they first took my gf’s plate away without asking her, she wasn’t finished yet , she asked for it back however, 5mins later the waiter came back and took my plate away when I was clearly still eating ( mind you I’m 8 months pregnant ) he literally came over to our table and said “ guys you only have an hour “ and took away my plate!!! It’s like they were sitting there counting the minutes and seconds … so ridiculous Also to make it clear , they did not have any customers waiting for a table at this point either I found the service of this place very unprofessional and downgrading Food - I ordered an omelette with veggies as stated on their menu, however my omelette was a di-constructive omelette …. Which again it does not mention that on the menu. The veggies were cooked separately from the eggs …. To me that’s not an omelette My whole experience was disappointing and shocking to be honest I will never attend this place again and will be spending my money somewhere else where...

Came in to have breakfast and the cafe was half empty. The second I sat down to be served. The waitress told me there’s a one hour limit for each table and I kindly asked her if this limit starts before the food comes or after the food comes, she told me the second I am seated. She will time me for one hour. How dare you insult me like that? I would understand if the Cafe was busy but considering half your tables were empty, it’s kind of hypocritical for you to tell me I have one hour to eat and your food is already overpriced. Just felt like a business move were you wanted to rush people to get someone else on the table for money. It’s really disgusting and inhumane to treat someone like that. The timer also started when I was seated. What if you took 30 minutes to make my food? Do I only have 30 minutes to eat ??? You should really re-evaluate your morals as individuals because you...

A lovely bustling cafe run by very helpful and friendly staff members. The menu on offer was quite extensive and there were lots to choose from to suit your cravings both in the food and drinks department. Prices are standard and the portions were generously filling. We personally found the food to be more flavoursome compared to the drinks. The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating. The parking lot can become quite full however, there is the option of street parking closeby. Overall, a decent cafe worth checking out if you live locally, or if you happen to be passing by the area (i.e. visiting Calmsley Hill City Farm).

We visited on a Sunday around 10:30am and it was very busy. The food and service was great, and the wait for the food to come out was reasonable. The servings are generous but they'll cost you a bit more than most cafe's. A big breakfast is $22 and whilst it was good, it wasn't sensational to set it apart from other places. They also have plenty of high chairs for kids, which is helpful. We do recommend this place but not if you have to wait outside for a table.

Had the southern fried chicken burger, parx burger and southern fried chicken bowl. All tasted ok but taste could be improved (like the slaw tasted like nothing, same with the chicken). Flavour wise it just didn't have any. Drinks were ok also, nothing fancy nor was there any massive flavour hit. For the food and drink I give it a 3. I give it an extra one star for great customer service and affordability. Very friendly and welcoming staff also.
