Picnic Point Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I used to be a loyal customer of this restaurant because the food and service used to be great. Unfortunately, things have gone completely downhill. The last few takeaway orders were completely wrong, the food was either raw or barely warm, and when we tried to raise this with staff, we were met with rudeness instead of any kind of apology or accountability. We decided to give them one final chance and went in to dine today. The restaurant was practically empty, but as soon as we walked in, we were met with an extremely rude attitude from the staff. One woman looked at us with a dirty, unwelcoming expression and sharply asked, “Do you have a booking?” not in a polite or professional way, but as if we were bothering her just by walking in. That was the last straw. We were so put off that we turned around and said we wouldn’t be coming back and we meant it ,and they didn’t even care.
