Do not order from here.
Their food is of poor quality and their service is worse still.
Everyone, please escalate your concerns to NSW Fair Trading so that Pizza Hut Eastwood can be held accountable for their poor service and negligence.
On 2 June, I had an order delivered that was missing an item. The delivery driver acknowledged this and told me to contact the store. The store did not pick up until my fourth attempt, and only after I disguised my number so that it was private.
I got through at 22:31, and the person in store was rude and as soon as I mentioned my order, before I could say what the issue was, he insisted I gave the wrong address for my delivery. The delivery driver had no issue finding my place, and I found it absurd for a stranger to suggest I did not know my own address.
When he finally allowed me to state my issue, it took him multiple attempts to understand that I wanted a refund. He eventually said he would leave a message for his manager to process a refund the next day.
The refund was never processed by Pizza Hut Eastwood.
I escalated the issue to PayPal, but Pizza Hut Eastwood did not process the refund nor respond to my messages nor PayPalâs.
I escalated the issue to NSW Fair Trading, but Pizza Hut Eastwood still did not respond, despite being instructed to do so.
Thankfully, I ordered via PayPal and Pizza Hut Eastwoodâs negligence in responding and recognising their issues resulted in my receiving a refund for the missing item.
Had I not ordered via PayPal, itâs likely that I would never have received a refund from Pizza Hut Eastwood.
Again, everyone, please escalate your concerns about Pizza Hut Eastwood to NSW Fair Trading so that this company can be held accountable for their poor service...
   Read moreNot all pizza huts are the same as a franchise. The previous place i was at it was good here it is not. So i have ordered a few times and each time the pizzas are either burnt on the bottom or undercooked. They are always late the last time i ordered pizza was the last time untill i move locations. So i ordered online and waited when the pizza was 10 minuites late from when it was supposed to be delivered I rang and asked what was happening, The people were sharp and dismissive stating "oh it is on its way". It was another 40 mins before i got that pizza, so i suspect they only just started cooking it. Now I live in Epping and it was after 9pm at night so it should not be that long a drive. When it arrived the guy gave it to us and i asked a question of why it was so late and was there any traffic or an emergency (things happen sometimes but i am a customer and need a reason) and he was silent with nothing to say, he is just a delivery driver so it is not his fault but it is unacceptable to be waiting over 30 for a pizza after the time. This appears to be a pattern as never has it been ontime with this store. Never again will i order from Eastwood pizza hut as there are plenty of other pizza...

Each time when I call, Pizza hut customer service asks me to stay on the line while contact the store, and then get back to me saying the manager will call me back. The manager lies, he never called me. Now, it's end of Jun. I need keep calling them until I get my refund. Avoid this place! Updated: finally, on the 25th Jun, customer service got me on line to speak to the manager, and the store manager issued a credit voucher for me. However, 26th of June, i received an email saying I have redeemed my voucher. I contacted customer service to check, customer service again put me on hold while she was calling Eastwood store! And I was told the reason I received that redeemed offer email was because the store saw my Google review! The condition is i need to delete my Google review to exchange my credit voucher. Definitely, I am not deleting my review!...
