Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst Pizza Hut ive ever seen. We literally live one street away (a 1 minute drive) and it has taken over an hour every time to come, has never been hot and simply crappy every time. Last night, it took an hour and a half to come, Pizza, garlic bread, chicken wings, cheese dip, cookie, all cold. Ordered ice cream, 500ml, they didn't have any so gave me 2 mousse cups at 95mls each so not even 200mls to cover the missing 500mls of dessert. Also had to take it all back to the store ourselves as nobody answers the phone here to have issues fixed and i had 4 hungry kids. Replacements were made but this time, whilst it was hot now, none of the 4 pizzas had sauce, 2 pepperoni pizzas had next to no cheese, along with the missing sauce and the BBQ meat lovers had maybe a child's handful of sprinkled meat over a plain base. While we had to wait for our just as crappy reorder to be made, 3 other customers came in with the same issues! The poor young girl serving tried her best to help people only for the 'managers' to laugh her off when she asked for help (visible to all as it is open to the customer area). Ordered our pizza at 5.27 went to Coles walked out of Coles 5.32 after purchase straight to pizza hut 1-2 min walk sat & waited for 1 pizza & 1 lady & child waiting as well seen the lady put our pizza in the oven never asked if it was ours (too busy talking with fellow workers) the lady served after me got a big deal meal got hers first then the lady & child next the girl then got ours out of the oven we said to her we were sitting there waiting when you put it in the oven not asking if it was ours mind you it was the same girl who served me I said to her we have been sitting here about 5 nearly 10 minutes she said no not 10 minutes (if she had listen to what I said 5 nearly 10 minutes ) my husband said to her we were sitting there waiting when you put the pizza in the oven when we came back from Coles we sat down after a couple of minutes I looked at my phone it was 5.40 thinking I thought to myself she said 10 minutes it should be ready she also said the pizza is hot 🤣🤣🤣🤣 yeah right we got straight in the car straight home less than 5 minutes home (we can see Coles & Pizza hut from our front verandah thats how close we live) walked in the door in a few minutes sitting having our just warm pizza (not hot) like she told us it's very hot So not happy with...

2.5hrs from initial order placement to order delivery (order placed at 7.22pm arrived after 9.40pm), tried calling the store & customer service to have an updated status as initial expected delivery was 8.47pm and according to the tracker the store was still receiving the order at that time.

My son fell asleep before dinner arrived, my husbands pizza was half cooked, and was essentially bread and sauce (little to no meat or cheese, just casually drowning in sauce).

I had tried calling the store over 100times however would not connect & say they were busy, tried calling the customer service line which would just ring out (several times). Left several messages with the store to call back. Nothing, absolutely no communication back from the store even though I had asked the driver to get the manager to call me because I was beyond annoyed and dissatisfied…. NOTHING.

There are so many alternatives around the area, get food elsewhwere. Will not order from here again.
