Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered two pizzas and two sides and only after the order was placed through the app we were told that it would be an hour and 45 minute wait for delivery. Tried to call the store and kept ringing out so sent my partner to collect in store as thought it was wrong eta. Come to find a store full of customers in the exact same situation some waiting longer. The staffs behaviour when dealing with customers was appalling being able to hear them laugh about the situation and actively ignore customers walking through the door when there are families literally sitting outside waiting for orders placed over two hours ago. Not to mention after all that our pizza was cold and not what we ordered. Then told by the manager that we could get a refund but if we don’t hear from them then we have to follow up with them (assuming we could get someone to answer the phone). Most of the time I order from them they’re really good sometimes occasionally making an error with sending the wrong pizzas but they always rectify it but this takes the cake to know that a lot of people including myself were dissatisfied and had to actively take control of following up their own orders and the staffs attitude towards customers makes me want to...

The last time i went to the store to get some food, another customer was there for 30 minutes only to recieve 1 of the two pizza's he ordered. The staff asked him if he could come back which obviously he denied, so they said they can offer him a pizza that was on its way out the oven. He agreed, recieved an additional large free softdrink and left, only to find out that they had offered him my pizza. My order was already ready and they gave it to someone else and made me wait. I was shocked but didnt say anything hoping it was a one time event.

This time walked into store to place an order and stood at the counter for 10min before I had to ask to be attended to. I was told that it would take 20minutes to be ready. After 30 minutes I went back to the counter to find out whats going on and was told that my order had only appeared on the screen 5 minutes after i enquired. I requested to speak to the manager who was too busy to come to speak to me. After waiting almost an hour for my food. All I received was a sorry. Really not a...

Me and my hubby hadn't gotten pizza hut for years beside of course dine in! We travel to lake haven usually.. so we decided to start ordering pizzas from hornsby! (i only go dine in cause i love the pasta!!). Our experience was amazing, the service was great as the man serving us was so polite and lovely. we stood at the counter for 5mins trying to decide on pizzas and he didn't mind, and then he showed us both the pizzas once the order was done. I can honestly say they tasted incredible and full of flavour, legit the best meatlovers bbq EVER! We made the mistake of getting the prawn supreme though which was our fault! We didn't read the menu properly and assumed its like a normal supreme with meat, and just adding prawns but its basically a vegetarian with prawns. So we will be getting the super supreme for now on ! Very happy, we will be back...
