Date: Thursday 5th September, 2024 Between 11am - 1pm. The new garlic cheesy bites was SO DELICIOUS. ALOT BETTER THAN THE CHEESY NUGGETS THEY HAD BEFORE. THOSE WHO HAVENT TRIED SHOULD TRY IT. FOR 6 PIECES, $5. I THINK ITS LIMITED TIME SO BETTER GET YOUR HANDS ON IT WHILE THEY'RE OUT. WORTH THE $5
Date: Friday 7th June, 2024 Between 11:25am to 12pm Shown improvement and absolutely happy with my food. Ordered 2 quarter chicken and chips, rippa roll and also had tried the pie.
The quarter chicken and chips was absolute spot on. Nice heat, skin wasn't dry, and the chips were kept hot. That's how it should be and if they kept this consistency, they would have more happy customers (Unlike the comments I written below if those need to view it to see the difference).
Unfortunately I didn't like the pie that much. And may I suggest rippa roll buns to be heated abit if possible?? But nevertheless, I was happy with my meal today, especially when the food is actually HOT. (Not Luke-warm like before and having overly roasted chicken to make it so dry I was gonna ask for a refund. But I didn't because I already left the place on my way to work that time). .keep the consistency and I'm sure you will have more customers happy enough to give a higher rating.
This used to be one of the best red rooster in the area.
Saturday 16th September 2023: Rippa roll was ok, luke warm chicken strips Chicken and chips:- chicken was overly roasted and too dry. chips almost had no flavour or saltiness. Almost bland.
Garlic bread: Probably the best meal I had out of the other meals I ordered.
Service: Needs improvement. Not even a "thank you" or "have a nice day" and not even a smile or a welcoming feeling. It's like the staff just doesn't want to be there.
Few months ago As mentioned above used to be my favourite red rooster in the area. Best red rooster now is Ashfield/ Summer Hill, on the Hume Highway before the Parramatta Road intersection*
Now it's plummetted.. Chicken was abit dry and chewy Chips were like warm and had no flavour of saltiness. Had the fried chicken, I never asked for the honey hot sauce fried chicken, I just wanted it normal. The person serving me probably didn't listen well. And my rippa roll, the chicken tasted like it was frozen from freezer then put into fridge or straight frozen and they microwaved it. Come on guys, you can't be THIS LAZY. I ended up throwing out my rippa roll. The chicken in the roll tasted funny.
Damn lucky I didn't get food poisoning. Not coming back. Sorry. It used to be ALOT better before. (Summer Hill is probably the best red rooster now).
*Go to Broaster chicken. Especially one at Moorebank shops. It definitely beats KFC and Red Rooster combined!!! Chicken is crispy and juicy and tender on inside. Also try their Southern fried burger. At least they know how to cook chicken...

Ordered through the website, said delivery usually in 30 minutes but 1 and half hour passed but nothing. No communication at all . I Called the Bass Hill store and the manager picked up ,apparently it went through Door Dash as they don't have a delivery Team! The Best thing is the Manager in charge, took the time to rectify the matter and called Door Dash informing me that Door Dash was the one having delivery issues. He Called me back and made sure the issue was resolved and was very curtious and really went above and beyond although not his fault but took ownership and really gave good customer service. 1 Star for door dash and 4 stars for this manager. Although it would be great if Red Rooster would notify their customers about the Door Dash contractors doing the delivery not them. To this manager , good on you mate.. customer service...

Hadn't had Red rooster for a very long time, thought we would have it on a Friday night. The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and well cooked. Definitely will be going back again before too long. Good job 👏🏻
29th August 2023 We decided to get Red Rooster again because it was so good the last time. Chicken was cooked OK but no one bothered to cut it up, easy fix. Chips weren't cooked properly, very disappointing. Potatoes were under cooked and hard, very disappointing. Hopefully, if we get Red Rooster again it will be better.
