He said he could do this but I would have to go and pick it up or i'd have to order again through the app. I used the delivery option, so I was not going to do that. I asked for details for Head Office to lodge a complaint. He said I needed to go through the app. I lodged a complaint that day requesting a partial refund as the orders were not correct. Read moreI went to Oporto Bass Hill at 9:50 PM and ordered a meal. The chips were packed in the takeaway bag immediately while the rest of the food took about 10 minutes to be prepared. By the time I received my order, the chips were cold. When I politely asked to have them remade, the staff member responded with a rude attitude, saying, “What do you want me to do? You came 10 minutes before close.”
I understand it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for poor service or serving cold food. The lack of care and professionalism was disappointing.
