To the OWNER OF BASS HILL OPORTO, UR STAFF MEMBERS NEEDS TO BE FIRED FROM HER JOB SHE LIES ABOUT HER NAME SHE HAS NO NAME TAG ON THE STORE LOOKS FULFIL AND DIRTY THE THE 2 GIRLS THAT WHERE ON SHIFT LAST NIGHT HAVE VERBAL ABUSED OVER THE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISCUSTING AND AGAIN TODAY . WE DONT WANT FREE FOOD ITS NOT ABOUT THE FOOD , THE SERVICES THEY HAVE PROVIDED US IS APPLLING. We called to order a whole chicken family meal she said to go order online and swore at me and hang up the call for aboustley no reason she said she is the owner of the store and started to laughing over the phone . The WORST customer service. I ordered through the app (January 23) - both meals were not right. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I requested that they be re-done. He said he could do this but I would have to go and pick it up or i'd have to order again through the app. I used the delivery option, so I was not going to do that. I asked for details for Head Office to lodge a complaint. He said I needed to go through the app. I lodged a complaint that day requesting a partial refund as the orders were not correct. It was acknowledged and nothing came of it. I replied and to this day, I still have not had anyone call me to resolve this. I went to Oporto Bass Hill at 9:50 PM and ordered a meal. The chips were packed in the takeaway bag immediately while the rest of the food took about 10 minutes to be prepared. By the time I received my order, the chips were cold. When I politely asked to have them remade, the staff member responded with a rude attitude, saying, “What do you want me to do? You came 10 minutes before close.”

I understand it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for poor service or serving cold food. The lack of care and professionalism was disappointing.
