Lazeez is highly RECOMMENDED, GREAT STAFF, DELICIOUS FOOD - BEST ONE IN BASS HILL AND THE SHOPPING CENTRE AREA. We decided to eat out spontaneously, entered a few fast food places and other restaurants around and within the shopping complex (Bass Hil), and found none catered for vegetarian and gluten free dietary requirements. Its 2024, too many places disregard food intolerances and are none inclusive to dietary requirements - they bluntly discriminate. Thank you lucky stars! We came across Lazeez by chance and feel so lucky! The place is lovely, clean, well set up. The waitressing staff at Lazeez are polite and very efficient. Answered our questions and were proactive - the waitress double checked with the chef which foods have gluten etc, and would be suitable for my child (who has a dietary intolerance). She took the time to explain the dishes and was patient while we chose. We took her advice and were impressed. The food is fresh, the servings are generous and well presented. The flavours and dishes available cater well for a variety of dietary preferences and needs. My family was catered for adequately and we all agreed that the food was delicious. We set a date to return and enjoy more dishes from their menu. Again, highly...
Read moreDishonest and misleading. I ordered the lamb shawarma plate, which looked amazing in the picture and description. What I received was completely different burnt meat and barely any sides, just a few pickles. It was missing almost everything shown and promised. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed they hadn’t updated the Uber Eats listing. That’s not my problem I paid for what was advertised. If you’re advertising a dish a certain way, you need to deliver that. I’ll be uploading photos of what I should have received vs. what I actually got. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Untrustworthy and not worth the risk.
My comment to the business reply. Let’s be clear Mother’s Day wasn’t on May 16th, so that excuse doesn’t add up. Also, no one offered me a replacement meal I had to go through Uber myself to get a refund. The issue wasn’t just that you were busy it’s that the menu wasn’t updated, and I got something completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, the food was burnt and the presentation was awful. Why didn’t you address that? You can clearly see the difference in the pictures I sent what I ordered vs, what I received. Trying to downplay the situation instead of owning it just...

We wanted to try a bit of everything so we ordered Lemon Garlic Chicken, Mixed Plate, Sambousek meat and cheese, Kebbeh Nayeh (Raw meat) and Lamb Mansaf! 🤤
The Tabouli was nice and very sour; the sambousek and kebbeh were nice and crispy too! The kebbeh nayeh was delicious, just like homemade! 😍
The mixed plate was cooked perfectly and very aesthetically pleasing too, the only con was the kifta had a different type of spice which I am not used too. 🤍
The Lamb mansaf was delicious too, the meat was so soft it melted in my mouth and the rice was spiced nicely, it was lacking a tiny bit of salt but I just added it myself and it completed the dish! I really appreciated the amount of nuts and variety too, I love to have different types of fried nuts on my mansaf rice! ❤️
Now for the absolute highlight of my lunch, the lemon garlic chicken, this dish was a taste trip, the taste of lemon, tahini, Lebanese garlic and spices were a perfect match for any taste bud! I could eat this daily and not get over the taste of this! 🤤
The restaurant is so beautiful and so was the service which was a bonus with their already good tasting food! Definitely...
