Oh. My. Gosh. Rosetti's Restaurant is hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I can’t even contain the excitement. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was stepping into a whole new world of flavor, sophistication, and warmth.

Let’s talk about the ambiance first—it's got this perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The lighting? Absolutely spot-on. It’s intimate but not too dark. The vibe? It’s like Rosetti’s knows exactly how to make you feel like royalty without ever being too stuffy. You walk in and instantly feel like you’ve found your new favorite spot.

But let’s get to the food. Oh. My. God. The flavors are so fresh and vibrant, it’s like your taste buds are throwing a party in your mouth. Every bite is like an explosion of culinary genius. The pasta? Unmatched. The sauces? Perfectly balanced, like a symphony in every dish. And the desserts? I wanted to cry they were so good. Each dish was a masterpiece, prepared with such care, you can taste the passion in every ingredient.

The staff? Like, they are on a whole other level of friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I’m talking about the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room, and they genuinely seem to care that you’re having the best time.

Honestly, if I could give Rosetti's a million stars, I would, and then I'd probably still be gushing about it in my sleep. I have been here a couple of times with friends and enjoyed the experience so when we had family visiting from interstate, I suggested we go for dinner. Booked for 6:30pm but at 7:30 we were still waiting for any of our meals (7 people). We enquiries about our meals and 2 pasta dishes came out. More time passed and 2 pizzas came. After another wait & enquiry about the food my son got his dish. Myself & family guest had ordered the same dish but no sign of them. Meantime, when we managed to get the staffs attention, not once was an apology for the delay offered. Finally I got my dish (everyone else had all but finished eating) but my family guest was still waiting. 3 of us ordered the same dish but none came together. Again we enquired for the final dish but by then party member did not want it. I ended up sharing my meal with her. Not once did anyone offer an apology or a discount or any explanation for the delays. Yes they were busy but we watched one table sat after us, eat before us and leave while we waited to eat. Food was delicious as it has always been but staff were surly and unfriendly. The only one we noticed smiling, been attentive & apologized several time was Ashley who unfortunately was not our server earlier in the night & approached us to offer if we wanted more drinks when we were ready to leave. Another staff member shouted “desserts? Coffee?” as she rushed past, not stopping long enough for our collective no thanks as by then we were all annoyed & disappointed by lack of care in general. We had the worst experience, avoid this place and do not deal with Maree!!

I had my sons communion there over the weekend and was appalled at the service and treatment. We were lied to by Maree about no BYO so that she could rip us off, one of her staff members told us that BYO is allowed but they charge corkage. They made a mistake with the menu we asked for and forced us to pay for the most expensive package when it was their mistake and not ours. Maree was so rude to deal with and the staff rushed us out of our function. The service was very bad and the portions of food was very small. There was not enough food for everyone on the tables to taste and when we asked the staff for a bit more they claimed the kitchen had run out.

Maree did not greet us for our function, nor did we get a thankyou even when we spent a lot of money there.

Worst of all they dumped all the props outside for anyone to steal when I specifically told Maree via text that the stylist would be there within the hour to collect and asked her to keep them inside.

We were left embarrassed and the whole experience ruined our celebration.
