🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A True Gem for Fish and Chips Lovers! I had the pleasure of dining at SeaSalt Oatley, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fish and chips experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff set the tone for an excellent meal. The fish was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and flaky and tender on the inside. The batter was light and golden, not greasy at all, which shows the quality of ingredients and attention to detail in the kitchen. The chips were thick-cut, crispy on the edges, and fluffy in the center—absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the little touches, like the homemade tartar sauce and the fresh lemon wedge that added a zesty lift to the fish. The portion sizes were generous, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. Service was top-notch—efficient, polite, and always with a smile. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, SeaSalt Oatley is a must-visit. It’s everything you want in a classic fish and chips spot, with a touch of excellence that sets it apart. Highly recommended!

If you like seafood you really need to try this beautiful seafood restaurant SeaSalt in Oatley West. It may not have ocean or river views but the food rivals many more expensive seafood restaurants in choice, flavour and presentation. 2nd time we have been and it is fast becoming a favourite for good reason. The crispy school prawns with tagaroshi mayo and the tuna tartare are excellent along with most of the other entrees we have tried. Crumbed flathead was fresh and delicious along with the grilled Barramundi and a friend had the braised lamb with potato rosti and peas and we said we are definitely gonna try that one next time. Service is friendly without being intrusive and you really have to try their Stickh Date pudding, you don’t regret it.

Had the pleasure of trying Seasalt in Oatley West and was seriously impressed.

I went with the barramundi and chips from their takeaway menu, and it was outstanding. The fish was incredibly tender and full of flavour—light, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Easily one of the best fish meals I’ve had in a long time.

The chips were crisp and golden, just the right kind of salty, and made for a great contrast to the soft barramundi. Everything was neatly packed and still hot by the time I got home, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail.

I didn’t dine in, but the place has a really inviting feel—clean, modern, and with a relaxed,l vibe that fits perfectly with the menu. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish.

If you’re in the area and craving quality seafood, Seasalt is absolutely worth a visit. The flavours are simple but done exceptionally well, and you can tell they care about what they’re serving. I’ll definitely be back to explore more...

If you’re in the Oatley area, don’t miss this hidden gem — highly recommended, 10/10!

I absolutely loved the Pasta Vongole and Crab Pasta. I’ve never seen Vongole this big before, and the crab meat was generously served. The Grilled Octopus was perfectly charred, full of aroma, and paired beautifully with their salsa sauce. The touch of orange in the salad really balanced the flavours — it’s easily my favourite entrĂ©e! As for desserts, their homemade Sticky Date Pudding with Ice Cream was just perfect — not overly sweet and beautifully presented. Every dish was well-balanced, full of flavour, and elegantly plated. The service was lovely too. The staff were friendly and all smiles.

If you’re nearby, definitely stop by for a taste. This is a place that truly cares about quality ingredients, flavor, and customer experience. I just had to...
