Read moreYou will struggle to find a more genuine, honest and hardworking agent than Haydon Sacilotto. Dealing with Haydon as the vendor's agent for our recent property purchase challenged all the negative stereotypes we had been told about real estate agents. Throughout our engagement with Haydon, he was nothing but honest and transparent with us, which was very refreshing and made the process relatively stress-free (well, as stress-free as purchasing a property can be!). With timely communication and updates, he made himself available at relatively short notice to answer any questions or concerns. He did an excellent job at facilitating negotiations between us and the vendor, which resulted (in my view) in the best outcome for them and for us; we walked away very happy and I'm sure the vendor did too. After signing the contract, Haydon also went out of his way to help us with pre-settlement inspections and getting access to the property during settlement.
If you are currently considering working with Haydon, it is clear he works very hard for his vendors and has detailed and insightful knowledge of the local property market. We admire his integrity, and he should be commended for the professional and practical way he deals with potential buyers.

I entered a rental contract with them. We could not move in for two days as the place was filthy and rubbish left by the previous tenants. We ended up having to spend the whole weekend cleaning the place. Six months before the end of the tenancy we sent the property manager two emails informing her of a number of maintenance issues that required attending to. The property manager (Candice) did not respond at all and did not pass on the information to the landlord. We had to then send a further email to her manager asking for a response. When vacating the property the property manager attended the inspection and made it her mission to atribute every defect in the house to us and to insist that we rectify them all. An example of this was the mold on the ceilings caused by leaking roof tiles that we informed her of six months before. We vacated the property seven weeks ago and have still not recieved our bond back despite several emails and calls including the branch manger. The property is still vacant so the landlord has lost a substantial amount of money due to their negligence as well.
