The food was genuinely enjoyable, we had the loaded chicken fries and the loaded brisket mac and cheese, both of which were delicious.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. There was no cutlery on our table, and when our meals were brought over, the staff member left so quickly we didn’t get a chance to ask for any. We had to grab some from another table ourselves. It’s not like the venue was overly busy either; there were only two other couples seated at the time.

We were also disappointed when we tried to order the brisket pack for two but were told we’d need to order a single box and then add on extra brisket and sides. That didn’t make much sense, especially when the whole idea of a combo for two is to offer better value and a more seamless experience. Instead, it felt like we were being pushed to spend more without any added benefit.

I'm happy to pay for good food and service, but this kind of inflexible and inattentive approach made our first visit feel a bit frustrating, which is a shame, given how good the food was.

Replying: It was an Asian female employee who brang us the food. The table was clean but didn't have any cutlery. We wouldn't have sat down at an obviously dirty table when the restaurant was empty......

The loaded fries with brisket was well seasoned and a decent portion, though, on the pricier side as others are bigger for the same price. Brisket was tasty and fries were crispy. Decent sauces, went down well 8/10.

Texan brisket burger without slaw was also nice, plenty of brisket, good amount of sauce, wasn’t sloppy, soggy or messy. 8/10.

100g of brisket was also nice, though without adding sauce was a little on the drier side. Still tender but not quite melt in your mouth. 7/10.

Plenty of searing space, nice atmosphere, good service. We’ll be back to try more of what they have to offer.

Mac and cheese was nice and creamy, though lacked a cheesy punch. I prefer a sharper cheddar to give it more cheese flavour. Still decent. 7/10.

Mozzarella sticks and exactly that. 7/10.
