KFC Villawood — Restaurant in Sydney

Walked into KFC Villawood the tables and floors was grotty.

The server was unfriendly and unapproachable.

We checked before going into the store to see if the NSW Dining Vouchers could be used and the girl that served us said "No My Manager Said We Are No Longer Letting Customers Use those" surprisingly afterward waiting on my order a lady walked up to me and said that lady over there used her voucher and this Aussie Bloke just walked in and his Voucher was accepted too.

Me thinking "Double Standards Going On Here" the girl that served never said anything about machine low and at 2% the Manager interjected and said this is the reason why we couldn't accept your Voucher.

The Manager was standing in close proximity and not once mentioned this prior until I arched up and started getting loud because I was thinking you PREDJUDICE a..holes is it because I am "BROWN"

Moral of the STORY Equal Treatment for All Give Better Explanations

Don't make up useless excuses as to why you cant provide the same service.

The girl chucked the serviettes and spoons at my husband and rolled her eyes.

KFC Villawood you need to train your Managers and Servers.....

We respectfully cleared our table and put the the trash in the rubbish bins.

*I did eventually get refunded then was allowed to use the voucher then paid the difference, had the Manager advised when the server told us that the machine was down and wait until it was back up this situation wouldn't...

26/8/2024 618/620 7.31pm roughly. Just want to thank the staff and suppliers of KFC Villawood for providing chicken and sides of quality and flavour that Colonel Sanders would be proud of. And customer service, despite being a little tired near the end of a long shift, of a standard that some clowns making expensive glorified heated sandwiches that now need a microscope, can't emulate. Even those who try to make these sandwiches "better", are still a bit lukewarm, compared to the staff at this KFC. Tweet all this, if you like, because "X" on the map at Villawood marks the spot. Face the truth and note it in your Book. Tick it off Instantly, so when the hunger clock Toks, you grab kilo-Grams of great tasting KFC chicken and sides, and enjoy it while You oogle the G-Tube. For a couple of very tired and hungry people after a day that couldn't be refunded on "fantastic plastic" anywhere, it was Yum! Keep up the great work!

PS: Read some of the other reviews. "Fast Food" does not mean "Instant Gratification". A lot of people go to a great lot of trouble to bring you your meal to the standard you paid for. If you want it instantly, purchase a lamp with a genie in it. Then visit the nearest outhouse, preferably brick, because the resulting explosion of solids, liquids and copious amounts of gas, plus the associated medical bills, time off etc, will be a lesson that you will never forget. Visited KFC Villawood a few days ago quite close to closing time in hopes for a large order for my family however was turned down by the serving representative due to the fact that it was too close to closing time.

I requested to speak to a manager in relation to making an exception and was met by the loveliest lady named Najwa I believe, not only did she allow the exception however turned my whole experience into a very satisfied and positive one.

The confrontation and refusal by the serving representative left a sour taste in my mouth especially considering the attitude displayed when being told I won’t be serviced - hence the 1 star however after having the issue resolved by the manager Najwa and also being apologised to on behalf of the representative is the only reason my review has been bumped up to 4 stars in total.

I believe not only resolving my issue, but ensuring me and my family were left satisfied is the sort of quality service any employee in the management field should posses and I believe she is an asset to this business, I also believe recognition should be offered where it’s due.
