I have coeliac disease and was super excited when this bakery opened in Edmondson Park. Unfortunately the excitement all disappeared when I purchased their Gluten Free Bread. Let me start by the fact that the bread bag was so heavy felt like I was carrying a rock. The actual bread itself smelled like oil and was so dense I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I gave it another go by toasting it but that didn’t go too well either :( I guess I have to go back to supermarket bread or ordering online from other bakery’s. Read moreWent past your eastgardens branch today and noticed you had some nice rye bread. When the lady went to slice the bread we noticed a few German cockroaches crawling around the bread display. We told the lady what we saw and her response was "we have already told the bakery and they still have not done anything about it" Needless to say we did no buy any bread and nor will we ever from any of your outlets. If this is how management respond to the health and safety of their customers I dare say they won't be around for long once government bodies...
