Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

What a shame this poor quality subway store in this nice area.

The ingredients in the bar look gross but I have already asked the bread so I feel bad just walk out. The veges look brown and dried it hasn’t been re-filled for a while you can tell also the chicken meats look very dried and disgusting so I didn’t want the chicken meat. Probably the processed ham would be safer.

I’ve never seen this stingy Subway in australia, look at the 4 BABY SPINACH LEAVES with 3 pieces of capsicum in full size sandwich. I had to ask more salad because you can even see through the bread in between the lettuce she was putting very tiny tiny bit and she added very tiny of lettuce. She doesn’t know how to make sandwich. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The staff doesn’t even know how to warp the bread and put it through the pos system. She knows nothing!

The worst Subway in the Shire and I’ve held off on this review for a long time after multiple visits. So this is not an isolated incident. Today, I asked for tuna and they gave me a scraping of it on a 6” that didn’t cover the entire sandwich. When I questioned it they added another scraping but then proceeded to grin at each other mockingly as if I wasn’t in the room. I asked what was so funny and they gave a head wobble. When she added the mayo at the end she stopped halfway along the bread and asked if I wanted it all the way to the end. I asked if she was trying to be smart to which I got another head wobble. Having sat in store to eat, the bread, which is meant to be not toasted, and therefore soft and fresh, is rock solid at one end. On the other hand they are super friendly with the Indian UBER guys. I ordered via DoorDash a 6 inch sub just With cheese tomato sauce, And pickles and I end up receiving my order code and With salad which I did not ask for when your staff can’t speak properly English how do you guys hire these people? And I get told on the phone that I have to pay double to get it remade no thanks. I want my order.
