Worst experience ever today, these people have severely high attitude problem. We went today evening and order a veg thali, the girl at the counter started filling up a take-away plastic container with asking if we want to eat the shop or order a take -away, my wife said we don't want a take-away, we want to eat-in at the shop itself, the girl at the counter started staring the my wife as if my wife had asked that girl for her head and not the food. Severe attitude and behavior from a person who is positioned to be a server of food. We have been a regular visitor to this shop over 4 years now, I signaled my wife to stay calm and ignore the rude attitude from a teenage girl. This girl then started filling up the plate with attitude as if she is doing some curtsey to someone asking for food for free. Hammering the spoon on the plate everytime she put the curry in the plate and threw the spoon back in the curry pot. She started putting very low quantity of curries and rice in the plate. My wife carried the plate to the table. I noticed the quantity of curries and rice is very less. I asked the other attnedent there (at the tandoor) and questioned if that little amount of curries is what they serve now. He replied yes that is it. I told if that is what they serve and how they serve, it don't look feasible for respectable people to come to that shop. He readily replied "don't come, doesn't matter". If this is the kind of reply these people throw to a regular customer with such rude attitudes, I won't recommend this place is worth visiting anymore. Better this place be shutdown rather...
Read moreI ordered food from this place on Uber Eats and opted for pickup. I went to pickup my order after the Uber app said it’s ready for pickup at 9.56am. When I went there, the senior staff member first said it’s not yet ready although I can see both idly and the vadas were ready on the shelves. I waited for 30mins. He was taking the orders from other direct customers and serving them. Then asked him again. He then checked my order again and said it’s already been picked up. I told him I haven’t sent anyone else for pickup. how can anyone else take my order without him checking the name and order details. Then he again checked the order and realised he gave the wrong order to the wrong customer and Then he rudely asked me to either wait or cancel the order on the Uber app. Even after realising his mistake Instead of admitting it and giving me my order he continued to serve other customers ignoring me. After almost an hour around 10.46 another lady staff member was kind enough to check my order again and gave me my order. Finally I got my order Almost after an hour of wait and so much drama which was not even worth all of it. Nothing tasted fresh or good. Never ordering from this place again and never recommending...
Read moreYesterday my husband bought dinner from this shop which included two portions of chicken legs. Once he reached home, we had dinner and i gave the chicken to my kids. During the dinner i tasted the chicken and realised it had started to spoil. Infact both the pieces were spoiled. When we went to question them about this, the guys first reaction was you bought this in the morning and getting this here now to make trouble. Then he says that he knows my husband to be a trouble maker and always come there with similar complaint. The guy is so arrogant and have no remorse for selling rotten food. We have been their customer since the shop opened and this is how they treat their customers. Thank god i tasted the food when i did else we would be rushing our kids to emergency with food poisoning. If it was possible to give a negative rating i would give them.
