Chatkazz Wentworthville — Restaurant in Sydney

I took my family as a surprise in the evening. The restaurant is well presented. They do need space for cooking, meal prep, etc, and hence, the seating for customers has been adjusted in such casual dining what you generally see in pub settings in the city which is really cool. We have asked for seating of 4 and have been asked if we could sit at the far end. We were happy with that. They have kept a water bottle and 4 plastic glasses on the table along with wooden carved cutlery, paper towel holder that also has buttons to call for ordering and requesting bill. Menus are shortened version from the Harris Park restaurant but that is understandable as less space demands adjustment to menu items but still menu offers wide range of dishes that Chatkazz is famous for. We have ordered Khaman Dhokla, Paneer Chilli Dry for starters. We then ordered Kids Hakka Noodles, Winter Special Aodo Rotlo with Chaas(Baingan Ka Bharta Bajra Ki Roti), Paneer Chilli Dosa, Aloo Paratha and Masala Coffee. Food was excellent and it was super tasty. I must say, being from Hyderbad, we generally don't like dosa getting customised however, Chef Sunil Bhai has taken Paneer Chilli Dosa to a next level. There was generous amount of pickled onions, capsicum and paneer. Chutneys were good but this was the first Dosa which we have finished without touching Sambar. I commend Akash for being so kind with kids, Nitya, for being so customer focused and customer centric and checking on us if everything was good. Mr Rohit was the person atbthe front counter who was also receiving customers and guiding to tables. He is always smiling and that keeps the spirit of the staff and customers.
