Tang's Palace Kings Langley — Restaurant in Sydney

We had been loyal customers for many years. However lately their food has been getting worse over the past 6 months being very salty. Tonight was the last time we will be back. We placed an order over the phone for pick up. Our order was repeated back to me with no issues. My husband picked up the order and when we got home realised that they had given us the wrong order. I called them back and advised them to which the lady on the phone apologised and said a replacement will be made free of charge. When my husband returned to pick up the replacement he was belittled in front of other customers saying that next time he will have to pay for our mistakes ?! My husband apologised for the inconvenience caused to them but still the man was abusive towards him.. we got home and didn’t even eat the meal. Completely turned us off...

I have been to this place couple of times now and they are very consistent with food, service and quality of ingredients. I normally order Mongolian beef and fried rice. The sauce of Mongolian beef is very yummy and meat is tender. The onion and other veggies is also added in this dish. The fried rice has green peas, corn, ham,egg and prawn. I have been dining at Tang's Palace for more years than I care to let on. The food has always been especially good, always tasting fresh and served piping hot. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of fare served. Their san choy bau is really good. Two points though. I really believe that if they had a BYO licence, more customers would result.
