Zero stars. A complete cesspool. Visited on 17 April at lunch and honestly, I’m still appalled. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so shockingly bad it felt like a public service to warn others. The coffee arrived in a dirty cup and a saucer. I asked for a fresh one, and instead of making a new coffee, they poured the same one into another cup that looked like it had been rinsed, not washed. Disgusting. I ordered a $20 steak sandwich that was an insult to the word "steak"—a couple of stringy scraps of meat lost in a sea of soggy bread. The venue itself? Filthy. The walls were stained, the water in the fake flower vase was growing mould, and the place had the general charm of a forgotten truck stop. Staff looked like they’d just rolled out of bed and couldn’t care less. It wasn’t just bad—it was a cesspool. Steer clear.

I really enjoy visiting this Cafe. It has great customer service. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to look after the customers. The food is fresh and always good. I have tried the salmon eggs benedict and the bacon and egg roll. Both were fresh and delicious. I have enjoyed my weak flat white and my chai lattes. I started going there because its dog friendly and very convenient to park the car and enjoy brunch, before we walk at the local park. I think the prices are very reasonable.

The service is fantastic, prices are moderate but for the quality you get it’s worth the price. From what I can imagine the owners runs the coffee machine/ front desk and he tries hard to keep his customers happy in many ways. The meal was also packed well, not stingy on ingredients. Thanks for keeping my day uplifted

I don't leave reviews often, but felt this was necessary.

I go to this Cafe often. I've taken many people there and also recommend it to others. Today, I was sadly disappointed by the lack of understanding and customer service from the chef.

I ordered eggs Benedict on English muffins. The eggs were cooked just fine, but the English muffin was soggy and showed no signs of being toasted. When asking the waitress (who was lovely and accommodating) if the muffins should have been toasted, she agreed and took the dish back to the kitchen, but came back out moments later stating they had been toasted.

I took one bite of the muffin, and can confirmed they were not toasted at all.

Usually, I will just deal with this kind of thing and not make a fuss, but this really bothered me. Could have easily been resolved with further toasting the muffins, yet the chef refused to accommodate.

I'll also note there weren't many customers at the time we sat down, so they would have had ample time to re-toast the muffins.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waitress was really lovely and I made it clear this was not her fault.

I won't recommend this Cafe to anyone anymore. They lost a local...

Owner is rude to both employees and customers, more focused on taking phone calls than taking orders. This leads to the service being slow half the time, however when the barista and waitress are not busy coffee is fast but if an average quality.

Food is way too overpriced for what you end up getting and isn't worth it, they also upcharge you for a decaf coffee that's just a 1/2 shot of normal caffeinated coffee for $1.00 extra. This is just a straight up scam to all people and false advertising to anyone who wants a decaf coffee. The food is also just average, if I had to recommend 1 food item it would be their bowl of chips.

The Chef and Barista are good and hard working, most likely underpaid as the owner doesn't provide a contract and hides the terms of employment. The Owner is the main issue with this business and the staff deserve better.

I would also like to complain about the lack of cleanliness within the cafe, most of the food is handled directly by hand without hand sanitising which puts bacteria on everything, lots of items are sold as "fresh" when they're a few days old. There is also lots of flies within the restaurant which are just filthy...

I was visiting from Melbourne and took my elderly mother to lunch here about 1.30ish on a weekday. I should have read the warning sign that at this time there were only a couple of other tables occupied. They provided a pair of plastic cups for water that would be safe for a toddler to use and when I requested a glass for my mother the only option was one of those big and heavy trendy jars. Half way through our meal, about 2pm, they started noisily moving all of the other dining chairs so that they could sweep and start mopping. I requested that they not use the mop with its smell of disinfectant until we had finished our meal. "Don't worry we won't mop near you" was the response! However I found that I could still smell the disinfectant as they continued to mop the rest of the cafe. A thoroughly unpleasant experience, and I couldn't wait to get to finish and get out of there as quickly as possible. While the food had generous proportions (the chips were great), the rest was fairly average. I am sorry but coming from Melbourne I am used to cafes trying to please their customers and provide a...
