Worst restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time. Expensive for very basic chew and spew chinese. Got raised eyebrows when I said I would go to the bottle shop 3 doors away rather than pay for their overpriced limited selection.
Plates were snatched away before we were finished. Yes it’s a Friday night and you want to turn over the table but can you not be so bloody mercenary about it!
The place was loud and cold and has zero atmosphere. When it came time to pay the bill they gouged me $8 corkage to open 1 bottle of wine?

And to cap the whole very bad experience off, when I paid by eftpos the owner shoved the terminal at me and said “tip, tip ?”
Here’s my tip sweetheart, go and take some customer satisfaction courses and stop being so rude and pushy.

I have picked up our take away order tonight for the last time as this is now the fourth incorrect order out of six trips in the last 6 months. We have given the business more than a fare go but I always have to return twice even after questioning each time "is everything in the bag" I never want to embarass the staff by opening in front of patrons before walking out. Thats said, there really is only ever one or two people waiting for takeaway each time I have been there. Unfortunately some businesses just won't learn from their mistakes and this business appears to be at the top of that list. Read moreI ordered delivery from this restaurant via UberEats. The food I ordered was approx $160 in value. The food arrived in reasonable time and when the driver was handing the food to me the heat of the food had moistened the bag and all the food dropped out the bottom. I salvaged majority besides 2 containers, so I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who advised she was unable to help, as I had order through Uber delivery and not the restaurant delivery. She asked me to contact Uber directly to work through it. As the food had been ordered through the restaurant and packaged inappropriately in a paper bag, with no assistance from the restaurant, we were left without 2 of the main dishes.
