The Hidden Spot — Restaurant in Sydney

Stopped in to try this place for an really lunch. We were hoping for some all day breakfast options as we were initially feeling a brunch vibe but sadly we were only given lunch or the full a la carte menu options. Full points for the schnitzel being one of the best around and the mushroom sauce was excellent. The disappointment was three out of four meals being served and nearly finished before the last person at the table was served. That's a pet peeve of ours and it drops an establishment in terms of professionalism. Either everyone eats or everyone waits - clearly better kitchen coordination is needed. We ate from the lunch menu which was reasonable. The a la carte menu was quite pricey for the area and if I'm paying prices like that I'd probably venture to a better establishment after first...

An unforgettable experience at The Hidden Spot with my wifey! I indulged in their unique black lemon drink, which was surprisingly refreshing and packed with flavor. The Nashville chicken was a spicy delight, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The turkey sandwich was a delicious combination of tender turkey, fresh veggies, and scrumptious spreads.

Went and tried out this cafe for lunch. The outlook from the outside area was nice. Very tranquil with the trees and bushes. They had a high tea function happening which looked nice. I really wanted to like this place but it was ok. Not bad, but not amazing. We were only given breakfast menus even though it was midday and we had to go and ask for lunch menus. Staff were nice enough but seemed a little uninterested. Overall the food was ok, but nothing amazing. My sons scrambled eggs however were delicious and fluffy. Food did not come out all together. Not a big issue but a little annoying. Serving sizes were decent so that’s a bonus. Would possibly try again and hope for...
