I visited at 9:00 AM — a key time to assess the quality and care of a bakery during peak service. The display counter was well stocked, showcasing a good variety of pastries and breakfast items. Production was clearly active, with fresh items continuously coming out of the kitchen — a positive indicator of freshness.
However, the brioche I sampled was average at best: the dough was acceptable, but the filling was minimal — barely present. The cinnamon roll, while visually appealing, was disappointing: dry, lacking in buttery richness, and topped with a modest glaze that failed to elevate the bite.
Unfortunately, the service did not enhance the experience. No number or calling system was provided for coffee orders, which made it confusing to know when your drink was ready. Communication was disjointed and not customer-friendly. Concerningly, some colombe (Easter-style cakes) were being taken from beneath the counter — a practice that raises hygiene concerns.
Inside the venue, there were no bins available for waste, leaving customers to hold onto used napkins and packaging. The tables were dirty upon arrival, and despite a 30-minute stay, no staff attended to cleaning or resetting the dining area.

I recently visited your store on April 2, 2025, at 9:31 AM to purchase three items as a gift for a friend. When I asked for a box to make the gift look more presentable, I was offered a carry bag instead, which was fine with me. However, I was unfamiliar with what a carry bag looked like, and it wasn’t shown to me until my items were already placed inside.
What truly disappointed me was how the situation was handled when I asked for clarification. Instead of patiently explaining or showing me the bag beforehand, the staff member(barista) raised their voice, almost yelling, “It’s a carry bag!” This made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially when I noticed other customers looking at me. At that moment, I just wanted to leave the store as quickly as possible.
I want to emphasize that I hold no personal resentment and have already moved on from this experience. However, I genuinely hope this feedback can help improve customer service for others in the future. A little more patience and kindness can go a long way in making every customer feel valued and respected.
