I order delivery from this venue at least once a week. Food has always been good. For the first time though, I tried ordering through their own website and not Ubereats. Firstly, the website isn't exactly user friendly. I had a discount code for 10% off and couldn't find any place to put it in. Also I couldn't put in my card details and it only offered cash or someone calls me later for my details. Secondly, the delivery driver (im not sure if they work for the actual restaurant or somewhere else) was mega rude. Called me up and said he can't find parking and for me to come down. I just had a Covid test and wasn't allowed to leave, and I'm paying for you to deliver it to me, right? I looked outside my balcony and the entire road was empty. Immediately he hung up while I was still talking. Second strike. SHOCKINGLY he buzzed less than a minute later. Must've found a parking spot quite quickly... Hmmm... He called me for the second time and said he can't get to my level (which he definitely could since I buzzed him in) and was still really rude about it. Finally when he arrived at my door he seemed angry and frustrated I gave him cash. Third strike. Food was cold as well. Curry Craze, I really wanted to support you guys but this experience has definitely ensured me I'd rather pay the extra on Ubereats to avoid these kinds of hassles. I've never had any problems with the...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service. We came down here to support local, but our night was utterly ruined with such snarkish and unprofessional comments:
We asked our waitress to please put on her mask given our concerns of covid and her response was "I don't want to get pimples and wearing it properly will give me pimples". She proceeded with talking over our food without a mask.
We then ask the 2nd waiter to ask the waitress if she could properly wear her face mask. We explained our family members had gotten extremely sick from covid and would appreciate it if they could do their part to make us feel more comfortable... to which he said "if you're worried YOU should wear your face mask". Number 1, we were eating so it was completely ridiculous for him to expect us to wear our mask whilst eating.... and number 2) no apology was offered or correction of his staff... a simple "our apologies we will get our staff to wear it properly " would've sufficed... but they couldn't even do that.
I'm not one to write a review unless its severely disappointing.... nor do I want to shame any business.... but this was completely out of line. Please train all your staff to handle these situations more professionally and respectfully.
I will not be back here again. I am happy to support local... but not any business who has ZERO DISREGARD FOR PUBLIC...
Read moreI had an incredibly upsetting experience at Curry Craze that I feel obligated to share. As a pure vegetarian, I ordered Palak Paneer, expecting a safe and traditional vegetarian dish. To my shock and disgust, I found chicken in the curry. This is not just a kitchen mistake — it’s a complete failure in respecting dietary restrictions that are often tied to religious or ethical beliefs.
To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, the staff offered no real apology or accountability. It showed a complete lack of concern for something that is deeply serious to many of us.
But what truly pushed this from negligence to unacceptable was what happened next: I received a call from someone claiming to be the owner. When I said I would be recording the call (as I have every right to do), he immediately hung up, then messaged saying he called me by mistake and didn’t even know anything about the restaurant. This bizarre and evasive behavior was completely unprofessional and raises serious questions about the management of this place.
Curry Craze needs to take responsibility — not just with apologies, but with real changes: proper kitchen protocols, staff training, and most importantly, respect for customers' values. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone,...
