This place is horrible. The customer service I received from here was pathetic. I hadn't even been standing there for more than 2 seconds and she said 'are you even going to get anything?' And then when I specifically asked for tomato sauce, she forgot to give it to me. When I went back and said I had asked for sauce she said 'you didn't ask for sauce' and I said 'yes I did, I asked for sauce'. She then muttered something inaudible that I didn't hear and I then walked out and said loud and clear so she could hear me 'Worst customer service I have ever received'. That same girl also looked like she had just come out of a crack den and was on the after affects of methamphetamine abuse. Worse customer service I have ever gotten. Will be making a complaint to the ACCC about this and writing a formal...

Once had the BEST Nenish Tart for miles....THE BEST!!! Pies I'd drive kilometres for. Now, like other items I purchased, a poor reflection of what made on site bakery Items should be. Lacking in flavour across all Items I purchased. Gummy Cup Cake Icing, barely slide a knife through the cup cake. Sausage roll tasteless, seasoning, herbs NIL. Curry Pie very salty and lacking in meat??? Either masking old ingredients or NO knowledge of curry flavour. For early morning the dry lid ring had me wondering how long the Pie was sitting in the warmer. Should have driven a few K's Nth, that's a Curry Pie. Certainly not the Berowra...

Nice little pie and cake shop and easy walk from the train station. The stake and mushroom pie was quite nice. Proper chunks of real meat and mushroom and not gluggy with some kind of starch thinkener. The neenish tart was alright. Seemed freshly made but was way too sweet. Was kinda overwhelmed by how sweet it was before I was halfway through. My hot chocolate could have used more chocolate though. If I ever get one from here again I'd get it double strength. And the person who served me was very pleasant. Didn't push me to hurry my decision or to get more but was attentive...
