Wolfpack Coffee Roasters Mortlake — Restaurant in Sydney

Great coffee. They roast their own beans. The place is very and Lean tidy open and lots of sun light.

Their coffee is delicious, they have a nice range of pastries as well. You can buy bags if their freshly roasted coffee. There are plenty of street parking around the cafe.

Plenty of seating outside in the sun with social all the social distancing measures in place.

Unfortunately I have decided not to go back there and I changed this review from my initial 5 starts to 2 due to the fact that I went back there the second time and ordered a coffee. I had also left my phone at someones house not far from the cafe. I had my laptop with me asked if they have wifi as I need to make a facetime call from my laptop to get my phone...

The owner initially said yes we do have a guest account.

I asked if I can get access he said it’s not very good or fast... I said that’s ok I just need to send a message or a call from my Mac... he then said no we don’t giveaway our wifi access...

That was very disposing as a business I would have offered my customer to either use my phone to make a call or allow them to tear her from my mobile or asked one of my staff.

I guess some people are very much transactional and do not think long term, as me and few of my friends get coffees around there at least 3-4times a week.

My advise is to respond and acknowledge that you need to improve how you manage your customer relationships to be successful especially during tough economical climate.

I absolutely love this cafe! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, making every visit feel warm and welcoming. Not to mention, the coffee they serve is superb - rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection every time.

I especially enjoy sitting in their clean outdoor setting, soaking up the fresh air while savoring the best coffee in the area. It's the perfect spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment alone with a great cup of coffee.

Seriously - if you're looking for great coffee without frills, fuss & marketing hype this is the place to head for. Coffee is maybe the best I ever had! Decor, atmosphere, ambience - not really, just coffee for true coffee lovers.

I spoke with one of the owners and this is his passion - he knows his stuff - constantly trying subtle variations to get the best roast and delivery systems - always having to chage to ater fo variations in season, supply origin and blend.

The coffee I had just now is still on my mind and the taste lingers - in a very good way. Seriously can't imagine finding better coffee...
