What an experience! Not a good one!!! I actually thought about giving 1 star due to the poor service but I thought the food deserved another one, as it was worth 1 star only. My partner got his juice 5mins after ordering and I got mine 15mins later, after asking for it. Not sure why this could have occurred especially when the order was placed in one go. People around that had arrived later got their food as well while I was still waiting on my juice. But it doesn’t end there. Not sure if this business is doing it tough or not but since when do people get charged $1 for ‘no ice’ in a juice? This was my experience today! I got charged $1 to take the ice out of my juice! This is not about the money at all, it’s more about the courtesy. I have very sensitive teeth, therefore I cannot have anything with ice or very cold. Not sure why a business would even bring something out like this. That was the most disappointing thing I have ever experienced as people keep bringing out these new additional fees that are unbelievable.
