angus sirloin ($33) ✅ comes w hella crispy chips and my FAV mushroom sauce!! steak was cooked well and this whole meal was just so delish 😮‍💨

drinks volcano thickshake ($15) theres a whole choc SOUFFLE on top of the thickshake yall , the look of this is amazing.. the souffle is so gooey and rich😮‍💨 loco lychee ($12) so refreshinggg, theres popping pearls at the top and bottom of the drink 😻

Drove 40 minutes to enjoy the food here posted all over Instagram to be severely disappoint. I ordered an açai bowl from the menu to be told that they have no fruit and is that okay? I also ordered from the monthly special being a bueno donut chips for the person taking my order to say sorry we don’t have any bueno chocolate so is that okay without it ? For a monthly special to then not even have the main part is abit stupid. I also ordered a cookies and cream latte which came out to the table with no Oreos like the photo. Before our food came out the waitress came to our table and said for the pancakes with fruit and the bueno donut fries which had fruit she said we don’t have strawberries so are we happy with just bananas. We had already paid for our meal so we didn’t have a choice. The lengthy service of almost 40mins yes for our entire meal when we were the only customers in the store. Terrible Ordering Experience – Paid but No Food! I placed an order using the self-service machine, and my card was charged (showing as pending). However, I never received an order number. When I asked the staff, they claimed they didn’t get my order because the payment was "pending." But this makes no sense—I’ve been to another Vietnamese restaurant where my payment also showed as pending, yet I got my food immediately. Even past transactions here were pending at first, but the orders went through.

The staff said my money would be refunded in 7 days, but in my experience, refunds usually require another card swipe—I doubt I’ll actually get it back. Now I’m out of money with no food, and no real solution. Awful service and a complete waste of time. Never...
