Please don’t disregard feedback when given to you. I was just explaining your Penang was spicier than usual and no it’s not a typically “spicy curry” it’s not green curry. To school you Penang is usually seasoned to be less spicy than red curry. Key word LESS. What I got was RED curry, it didn’t have enough coconut milk so it was thick not thin. Please when given feedback especially from a customer who’s a regular don’t disrespect them. I know my curries. Cop the criticism on the chin.

Photo below (it’s normally thinner and lighter in colour) which probably would’ve taken the spice out. I can handle the spice my family not so much hence why we always choose Penang.

Other than tonight’s fiasco your service is normally On point and the food...

I have been purchasing from this restaurant since they opened and their food has always been supreme considering the several thai restaurants we have in the area.

Today was different.

Satay chicken with on a couple pieces of chicken ( all vege) chilli jam noodles with only 4 prawns, Masan with less than a 1/4 of potato. Watered down curries and sauces and 6 calamari rings that they tried to pass off as salt and pepper squid ( like what you would find in a takeaway shop) for $25!!!

I will not be back. I will be swapping back to the other Thai restaurant that’s a 1 minute drive down the road.

I don’t know what’s happened or why your food has gone down hill but you can’t charge the prices you charge and serve...

This restaurant has been a family favourite till now. I was surprised to see that our usual takeaway massaman beef had halved in size. When I asked if a mistake had been made, I was told that they reduced the portion size to avoid raising prices. However if you halve the portion then in effect you’ve doubled the price. We’ve always loved the food here but it really is too expensive for what you get now. It would have been more reasonable to increase the price a little and give us a full container. I understand that perhaps they can’t afford to put as much meat in as previously but how much could sauce and potatoes cost? Surety there’s no need to skimp out...
