Please donât disregard feedback when given to you. I was just explaining your Penang was spicier than usual and no itâs not a typically âspicy curryâ itâs not green curry. To school you Penang is usually seasoned to be less spicy than red curry. Key word LESS. What I got was RED curry, it didnât have enough coconut milk so it was thick not thin. Please when given feedback especially from a customer whoâs a regular donât disrespect them. I know my curries. Cop the criticism on the chin.
Photo below (itâs normally thinner and lighter in colour) which probably wouldâve taken the spice out. I can handle the spice my family not so much hence why we always choose Penang.

Today was different.
Satay chicken with on a couple pieces of chicken ( all vege) chilli jam noodles with only 4 prawns, Masan with less than a 1/4 of potato. Watered down curries and sauces and 6 calamari rings that they tried to pass off as salt and pepper squid ( like what you would find in a takeaway shop) for $25!!!
I will not be back. I will be swapping back to the other Thai restaurant thatâs a 1 minute drive down the road.

   Read moreThis restaurant has been a family favourite till now. I was surprised to see that our usual takeaway massaman beef had halved in size. When I asked if a mistake had been made, I was told that they reduced the portion size to avoid raising prices. However if you halve the portion then in effect youâve doubled the price. Weâve always loved the food here but it really is too expensive for what you get now. It would have been more reasonable to increase the price a little and give us a full container. I understand that perhaps they canât afford to put as much meat in as previously but how much could sauce and potatoes cost? Surety thereâs no need to skimp out...
