I ordered over the phone tonight at 6pm, they said 1 hour 15mins. When I got there, I waited in the restaurant for over a whole hour for them to tell me they had ran out of chicken. Which was my whole order. I wasted a whole 2 hours of my life for no reason.

If you cannot keep up with orders, stop taking them!!! I went home hungry and furious that 2 hours on a Sunday night were wasted when I could’ve been doing other things.

Never coming back. Such horrible customer service. The ladies are nice enough, but it really isn’t hard to do inventory checks and ensure you can fill the orders you are taking!! If you can’t keep up, don’t lie to customers and say you can have their food ready in an hour.

So frustrating. Try to support local and then they become complacent, and expect people will just deal with it below average customer service. I’ll be going...

The lady who answered the phone was polite and friendly and repeated back the order for a pick up - so far so good! Was told it would be half an hour. When I arrived I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Twenty five minutes later, the order was ready. It was mediocre at best and the chicken omelette was inedible - tasted like precooked, dried out bbq chicken. I listened as others arrived to pick up order to be told the same thing - another 10 minutes. I doubt they start cooking...

I haven’t had Chinese locally in a long time (many years). We sat in for lunch and Wendy was a great host.

The prices are on par with other similar restaurants. The servings were generous, the meat, vegetables, sauce and flavours were all good 👍
