Cannot come back again. Given this McDonald's three chances now. On the third time made complaints to staff about coffee and let them make another without too much of a fuss. Was told the coffee machine needed to be recallibrated. Received coffee and tasted it. Asked why it tasted like water, was told "Coffee machine needs to be recallibrated" In other words they knew the coffee was not up to standard but didn't expect to have to correct the problem before charging, even though it was the third time and we hadn't asked for replacement previously. Furthermore, I waited twenty minutes at the counter after going through drive through with coffee, another customer was complaining that he had been waiting for twenty minutes for a long black. Staff made excuses that they thought coffee had already gone out and shrugged shoulders. It seemed like all people waited were frustrated about something. Cannot be just a bad day or coincidence anymore. Seems to be zero accountability or knowledge that McDonald's can come down on businesses who bring down the brand with individual behaviour.

Instead of helping us sort it out the manger asked us to drive to the collection window which was fine. But one person in particular appeared to be angry and stressed at us.
The female worker who become verbally aggressive to us screaming at us and telling us to get out and drive back around. One staff member suggested one way of fixing it and he was very nice. She completely dismissed him She wouldn't help us or just apologise, as if we were in the wrong. We even offered to park come in to store pay and pick it up. But she just kept saying drive back @she said,"there is only two cars" but we didn't trust it would be any quicker. She screamed at my partner "SHE won't drive back around" it wasn't even our fault. The store seems to predominantly rely on the order consoles to meet customer service requirements. Often, not having any staff visible in the store, leaving you feeling that they do not care about their customers. Yesterday morning, I waited at the counter to order 2 Mc Angus Burger meals and asked for fresh hot fries and extra hot coffee. Thankfully, the fries and coffee were both hot as asked. On inspection, there were no serviettes in the bag, and the Mc Angus burgers had mayonnaise, so I returned to the counter, but nobody was attending. I called out to a staff member, asking for serviettes but was told that they had run out of serviettes. It is unimaginable that a McDonald's store could run out of serviettes, but in my experience, this McDonald's often runs out of supplies.
