We had a truly delicious family breakfast at the Orford Riverside Cafe & Providore.
The place had a welcoming vibe and full of warmth.
The cafe's location truly lives up to its name, offering a serene, picturesque view of the river that perfectly complements the relaxed, cozy interior.
It’s the kind of place where you feel you can linger over your meal without a care in the world.
We felt that we could sit here for hours if we don't have a place to go.
Our breakfast for three was an absolute delight, and the star of the show for me was undoubtedly the Eggs Benedict. I can confidently say it was the most perfect version I've had in a very long time. The eggs were poached to absolute perfection, with yolks that burst open and flowed just as they should. The rich, creamy hollandaise sauce was incredibly flavorful without being overpowering, and it rested on a perfectly toasted, sturdy piece of bread. Paired with a generous portion of delicious ham, every bite was a masterpiece of textures and flavors. It was finger licking good.
My family was equally impressed, especially with the coffee. It was truly excellent—rich, robust, and expertly made with a beautiful crema on top. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They made us feel right at home, helping to create a...

As usual, I decided to try their Dirty Chai, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The texture was a bit off, and the flavor was overwhelmingly dominated by cinnamon. While this might be a treat for cinnamon lovers, it overpowered the chai itself, making it hard to enjoy the balance of spices that a good Dirty Chai should have.
Overall, it’s a charming spot to relax and enjoy the view — just not the best place if you're after a Dirty...
Read moreTerrible, over priced food. We got the kids fish and chips, it contained ONE tiny piece of fish. My daughter was still hungry after it. It cost $15!!!!! Outrageous. I asked for just two plain slices of sourdough toast and got cheap supermarket white bread. My husband's avocado toast was freezing cold and certainly not the size that $23 would suggest. I asked for a glass with ice and fresh lemon for my bottled mineral water and got one piece of lemon in a bowl, leaving me to squeeze it into the tiny hole, spilling lemon juice everywhere. We were shooed to say the least. We will let our friends who are arriving tomorrow, a party of ten, know NOT...
