When I first called, I was very polite, and you flat refused to correct the mistake of course I am going to get annoyed when you wouldn't fix your mistake. And I was not at all abusive. You were very blunt and rude, so of course I'm going to respond the same way. That is terrible customer service to refuse to fix a mistake that YOU made.

And your response now, proves my point that once again, you are ignoring you made a mistake with food.

Absolutely disgusted. A year or so ago we ordered a pizza and asked specifically for it to have bbq sauce and it come with tomato sauce. My partner can not have tomato sauce. You flat refused to change it or refund our money. We swore we wouldn't come back

Then tonight we decided to give you another chance. We asked for a chicken burger with JUST mayo and bacon. It come with some sort of tomato chutney and peaces of tomato on it , and now your not answering your phone.

We loved it here! 4 adults and 2 kids. We were greeted as we walked in the door. The decor and layout was perfect! I love being able to eat at restaurants. I also love having take away at home. This was the best of both worlds. We could have sat on the lounge which would have felt like we were eating on the couch or at one of the dining tables. With kids, we opted for the tables. It felt like I was actually sitting at home with my family. The pizzas were amazing. Such a great variety on offer and those of what we had were tasty and loaded with quality ingredients. Bases were light, not stodgy or heavy. Topping just right with cheese that was not oily. The bacon and cheese arancini was beyond spectacular. Ladies, well done.
