Not sure if there’s new owners or a new crew, but coffee is now fairly terrible - threw out the last ones we got and gave us a babycino which was hotter than the coffees!

My one firm recommendation; is that Babycino’s are non-negotiably made luke-warm. This needs to be part of your training. A babycino is always destined for a child, and while I also failed in my responsibility to test the temperature, it was scalding hot and we were lucky that our child wasn’t seriously hurt. I noticed that your barista poured the babycino at the same time as the coffees and found this odd - again, I should have checked but didn’t. They need to be pouring babycinos halfway through the milk frothing, not at the end of the process. Hope you can enact this methodology.
