Great selection of pies and absolutely divine in taste. Probably one of the few bake houses that is still making Lamb and Rosemary pies. Quite a lot of meat in the filling. I'm a bit of a voracious bloke but one was quite filling for me. All good reasons to rate them 5+!

But the folks running the shop are some of the most amazing people I've ever met. We ate a few pies and bought some hot sauces and drinks. It was a nice sunny day and we forgot the hot sauces on their outdoor table before driving back to Melbourne. Called them the next day and they acknowledged that we'd left the sauces there and were happy to post them to us. I was kind of considering driving an hour and half to smash a few more pies in a couple of weeks anyway. But they went above and beyond and actually dropped off the two bottles of hot sauce at my home in Ringwood. Hopefully didn't have to take too much of a detour to do that. Dropped in today for a bite tea eat on the trip through. Bloody brilliant and service was engaging and they were fair priced. Owning our own bakery cafe in another town we love to support small businesses like ours. Do yourself a favor and stop here. Don’t buy mass produced roadhouse takeaway food that tastes bland and has been there for too long. Support these guys and you will not be disappointed. I had the steak pie and the filling was bursting full. The braised steak mince was a sensational flavour matched with a nice pastry. I also tried the Thai chicken curry. Bam flavour hits you with a little bit of heat from the curry. Generous servings These pies you can eat in the car and the ass doesn’t fall out of them. Well done.
