Cobram Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

Waited 20 mins with 3 people in front of me, there was 2 girls on, one was doing well, the other, with dyed blond hair and multiple piercings in her nose, was terribly rude to a lady in front of me, she snapped at her several times and kept rolling her eyes and carrying on, then the next people in line were her friens and she stood chatting with them and took forever, people behind me walked out. Still she stood chatting and jumped her spot to jump on the register and give them a discount, before finaly serving me with a "what do you want" no smile, no eye contact, slapped what i asked for together and moved on to mumble "what do you want" to the next person. I have worked in hospitality for many years and this girls attitude was disgraceful. order online as i have done previously worst meals i have ever received at this store

no 1 & 2 meant to be toasted - cold & soggy rolls were underbaked , looked like they had just been thrown together No3 was actually toasted but all mangled & thrown together open flat in wrapper so everything was stuck to the paper wrapper no 4 paid for double meat and only received normal amount

cookies inedible - mixture of stale & undercooked raw cookie dough

unfortunately didn't find this abomination until we open to eat and did not have time to take it back

tried calling store to complain several time but surprise surprise no one would pick up the phone, left voice message but no one has bothered to return my calls

waste of $100 take your money elsewhere better local...

Service was slow, stock was non existent and tables were dirty. I think your staff need to be trained on how to make a sandwich, how to speak to customers and how to order stock. I mean only having white and Italian bread is one thing, but then not having tomato, olives, cucumber, medium cups, large or small lids, no straws, no cookies... I would hate to ask what else they were short of. I had to ask for the toliet to be cleaned and when asking for the toliet paper to be restocked we were told there wasn't any, I guess they had more surprises to share.
