I do apologize in advanced for this review, the Focaccia was lovely, not knocking that, and service from the young man with ear rings and long hair was fantastic....

But there needs to be education in food safety and responsibility with some employees. A staff member turned up at 4pm today (28th June 2024) coughing everywhere around the Baine Marie and food service area and admitting to being sick to the co-worker who served me, with him saying he really didn't want to get sick from her... casually saying all this right in front of me, while continuing to cough...

I am very disappointed that she decided to come to work sick in a food service job. Incredibly irresponsible. I understand she might be a casual worker and needs the hours, but without me sounding like a Karen; after being sick several times in the last month from co-workers showing up sick to work at my own workplace to whom have an infuriating indifference in their mentality towards it; This has costed me a lot of time and money. I have become far more sensitive to breaches in OHS because of this experience, which has prompted me to write this review.

Management really needs to educate their workers on occupational health and safety, RSF is not a joke, spreading illness to people can cost a lot more than just getting a few days crook in bed, it can ruin lives or even kill people.

This café was, without exaggeration, an absolute disgrace – by far the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The prices? Outrageous. The service? Abysmal. I ordered a lasagna, a dish that requires nothing more than a few minutes in the microwave, yet I was left waiting for an astonishing 30 minutes.

My time in this town was limited, and all I wanted was a quick, warm meal – instead, I left late and still hungry. You might assume the café was exceptionally busy, but no – there were perhaps four other guests present. To be fair, they did issue a refund in the end, but the experience remained utterly catastrophic.

Oh, and just to add insult to injury: every other guest received their food on time. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this place – with any luck, they’ll go out of business and fall...

The place is cute, nice addition of knick knacks art etc. But, the staff are rubbish they gave my food to someone else and when I raised they didn't acknowledge or do anything. We chased again after waiting, they then said we'll look into it and then again nothing. In addition, the food others got was barely edible they disguised the rubbery meat with a ridiculous amount of relish, which drowned out any other flavour and became inedible. Very...
